Jay and his assistant arrived hours late for our event, because of that, A LOT of things got missed/ruined as one can imagine. but we try to be understanding and hope that he will do a good job regardless. But he ended up getting into a fight with one of our guests who was simply suggesting they move somewhere that doesn’t block other guests’ view. Then they took us to a venue that ended up wasting our time and getting us into bigger fights. Initially, he promised that work would be done in a month (just to get our business) but afterwords he kept pushing it back and made us feel bad and stupid for following up. After several months of him dodging us, pushing the timeline back further & further, and making us feel shitty for following up after each timeline passes with no communication, he finally delivered pictures. they were raw and clearly never worked on. He also promised a video, but that never materialized despite us following up on it. We despise leaving bad reviews, but we despise dealing with Jay more. After he got paid, he became too busy to respond. but when he does, he was unprofessional and unreliable. This was a once in a lifetime moment that we will never get back and Jay doesn’t seem to understand how valuable it was. Very frustrating. Would never recommend Jay to anyone. Wish we had done more digging prior to hiring him, now we find out he has ran similar scams to other clients. His rates are reasonable, & you get MUCH less than what you pay for (if at all
