This company is terrible. Steer clear away from this guy. It is owned by one guy and he claims to be the best. However he is the rudest and worst person to ever do business with. I requested to transport a vehicle. He gave me a price and then changed it asking for more money. I told him I could not pay that. He then proceeded to call me a cheap punk, a N word, started yelling at the top of his lungs. This guy is literally a psychopath. I do not understand how he is even in business, I wish I would looked at the reviews. The only good reviews he has is on the BBB which he obviously and clearly pays for. Look him up on Youtube and you will see customers posting videos of this guy harrasing and yelling at customers. This guy should be in a looney bin. He has already been arrested (google his name for a quick mugshot) once and will most likely end up there.
I spoke to the owner jay who told me the total cost of getting my car to hawaii was 1550. When my car was not pickedup from the port the charged an additional 200. I ended up paying 2450 in total
he is dishonest and discriminative! I was interested in going with him but he put me through the ringer with questions and demands all of this after switching the price on me !!! The review before mine has it right. To top it off he hides all his reviews, I am attempting to review him on transportreviews.com and also the better business bureau and he has hid both!!! On top of that if a review does stick he goes bananas insulting the customer and making up an excuse that the customer is not a real customer but a competitor or someone extorting him the guy is nuts!!! last but not least he goes on and on about being 55 and the owner, jay the owner blah blah blah.
He has hid my reviews in other sites but I will go on and on until people hear my story hes messed with the wrong gal!
