Javier and his wife/GF Marilyn Pacheo absolutly avoid at all cost. I am taking the time to write this so that no one else has to deal with them or get shafted by them. We let them move in earlier with out charging them extra rent were extra nice to them and felt bad for the couple. To start off they didnt pay fully of first month rent.
Came up short 200+ dollars. After numerious conversations back and fourth the couple started to play game. He kept having different excuses why he cant pay for the rent. Stories started that he is working out of town and he will pay the full amount on the next month rent. So when the 1st hit his stories continued until the 6th of april when i told him i wanted him to moved out of the apt.
He said he will pay money and had me waiting at the office until 6pm. He never showed up or responded. next day i told him that i would stop by and pick up the rent money that was owed to me (which we never do this) and the games begun again he would avoid me and finally told me that he is not paying us. After that i had him move out asap. Upon recieving the place there was Cocaine Drug bags found in the apartment. Tons of alchol cans.
Oils stains and car parts inside one of the bedrooms. Smoking was not allowed in the apartment they stunk up the whole place with Cigeretts. They trashed the place broke screen window and complete filth. I am only posting this that way landlords are carafull and beware of this couple. Hope that this helps make the right decisions for companies renting out their properties. I will attach photos of them along with how they left the place.
