Sold amplifier to James on ebay. After paying he requested item be disassembled and shipped in seperate boxes which I did and I paid the extra $40 expense for shipping and insurance. A week after he received the item he reports problems saying the amplifier quit working. I asked him to initiate a claim thru eBay per their policy which pissed him off for some reason.
He tells me that it's fine if I want to play things this way, he has plenty of money and I will lose. It is a simple thing to request a return/refund with eBay and it protects the seller and the buyer but James refuses to do this and just wants me to refund his money.
