In the late 1990's Dr. James M. Sambs, a child psychiatrist, was removed from the California Medical Board when they determined that he had been having sex with his patients. His patients were nearly all young boys. When this all came down he moved from San Diego to Florida, thinking it would complicate a criminal prosecution against him. I know that Dr. Sambs was hospitalizing, drugging and molesting boys as for back as 1977 when he victimized me and the other boys I was locked up with. One of the reasons I never said anything was becuase I figured the statute of limitations had run out. I recently discovered that the statute of limitations for child molestation no longer exists. I have recently spoken with the San Diego police department of child abuse and sex crimes and they would like to know more about the activities of Dr. Sambs. Help us to bring Dr. Sambs to justice.
