I want to warn you from ever purchasing a car from this privately owned dealership, sure from a distance and from the website they seem like a reputable company. I was fooled by the same look and design. However since my purchase of my vehicle I have still yet to receive my plate and tags. Now this purchase took place back in April, and I paid this car off full with cash, and so that includes the fees of title, tax and state fees.
You would think that if someone came into your dealership to buy a car and they paid the full amount to get it off your books, you would think as a company lets take care of this guy, he helped keep the lights on for another day, figuratively. So the date is now August. 15th and I have still yet to see the items i need to drive my vehicle.I have called three times, I have driven down wasting my time and gas in my alternate mode of transportation to get my plates and all i got was a temporary plate, and another false promise of it getting handled.
So I beseech anyone outthere who desires to buy a car from this place, tread carefully, they are not as they seem, they get defensive even when they are in the wrong and noone seems to know what is going on there, due to the many frustrating conversations I have had regarding my case. I am still pushing to get a refund for those exact fees so that I can go down and pay them myself since relying on them to do anything right by me is practically impossible.
