Zoomusa is very slick. I was trying to return an refurbished computer to them and they stalled to the point that I gave up. Fortunatly it didn't cost me a lot. I will throw it out one of these days. Sears needs to know this company is a scam and don't do business with them again.
Same here. The warranty had expired... a mere 30 days. They didn't care that they sent a broken computer. So glad they took advantage of a hard working single mother who just wanted get a computer for her daughter.

I Purchased two computers for my grandsons for Christmas so of course now I’m out financially double.i purchased on the 6th of December and weren’t delivered around the 21st. They tell me that it is a 2 week warranty before I received them the warranty expired! Both computers needed batteries 9 they claim they do not warranty batteries and could not connect to WiFi. One of them completely crashed.
Its insane to see that a respected company such as Ebay allows and protects companies that have bad business practices . I bought a lap top from Zoom USA and after a short period of time it stopped working , I communuicated with them and they did sent me a form for return. I spent additional money to sent it and added 20$ to have shipped back expeditely. The new laptop was sent and they messed up the address so I got the item 9 days later than it was suppose to be delivered , to my dismay tghe computer after 3 days showed the exact same problems which leads me to believe that it was infact the old one and they tried to fix it.
I tried to email and calll them but nobody answered . I opened a case with ebay and they not only did not honored the 30 days money back policy ( which is actually fine because the case opened after 31 days ), but removed my negative feedback on the transaction. How in the world will other people know and undetrstand that zoom usa is bad business?
