IZM Credit Services are extremely unprofessional. This company is ran by a man who knows nothing about customer satisfaction or customer service. He's a black man, the kind of black man that stereotypes are made from. He's the main reason why other nationalities look down on black owned businesses. I purchased a Tradeline that I was told would post within 6 or 7 days. When it didn't post I reached out to the CONSUMER for resolution. We'll..he didn't respond until a few days later. We'll...be he didn't respond a few days later, I got suspicious and worried. I've sent a couple of emails prior to sending the one email that got under his skin.
After I threatened to get the authorities involved, he called me immediately. He says, "I don't need to call you back right away, or I don't need to call you every time you send me a message". That answer only speaks to his ignorance. If you are running a customer service business, you need to provide... CUSTOMER SERVICE. On this call he called me a b***h, a*s hole and threatened me with other verbiage. Now I'm a black man as well. And I don't take kindly to threats. The ignorant responses and the weak professionalism alone should give you reason to steer clear of this company.
I should have known something was up when he asked me to pay through Google Pay and he didn't give me a receipt for my Tradeline I purchased. And even even told me that because I complained through the BBB, you can see other complaints as well, I won't get a refund. He's going to say it's a fake review. If you want to, I can show you proof of everything I'm talking about. He's just upset that his lil threatening tactics didn't work on me.
