Ivan Sanchez repeatedly contacted us to make repairs to existing structure on my property at a flat rate of $150/day. On the agreed upon start Mon 10/22 he showed up at 4pm w/ his girlfriend Alexandrea Silva, no tools, car was impounded so was dropped off by what was seemingly another convict, he refused to finish work yet was paid $200. Same story again Tues 10/23, late start, little done, paid him $200. Wed needed to be picked up and asked to have his motel room paid for against his day's pay. Repeat of Wed again on Thursday 10/25, asked to have his hotel paid for in exchange for services rendered in addition to cash payment of $75 for day’s work, stayed late yet little progress made.
Next day Friday, picked up at Motel 6 to find out police report was filed against Ivan and his room # due to major disturbance at 2am. came at 7pm due to issues getting a ride. In the process he kept ripping out things in the house without consent only to state that he was going to repair them later and then each evening would get extremely verbally aggressive and angry and even threaten and intimidate, stating he would make false claims against me if I did not let him complete his job.
Finally, he showed up Sun 10/28 with a different worker and did not complete the tasks, he left, demanded payment. This final day, in the morning, was angry and extremely hostile/aggressive and started to make threats of potential violence and extortion, he performed no work or duties that day and I paid him $150 to leave the premises rather than call the police which I regret that I did not do so since he was extremely aggressive and threatening to show up unannounced onto my property. He left in a taxi.
Since that time he has made several threats, first verbally, now some via text message and made false claims against me and hinted showing up at the property uninvited and unannoucned.
