They promised to compensate me within 10 weeks of my participation completion of a 90 minutes online session back on 12-15-2016. I marked my calender as to keep track of when payment would be due to be received. I emailed their support 6 times, got no reply. I called a few times I left voicmails got no reply or callback. I contacted them on Facebook they eagerly replied giving me the payment date and told me to watch my email for the compensation. I had to contact them again then got the reply that I'd be compensated but I'd just have to wait.. that the accounting dept was behind.. They use giftcard venders as form of compensation. They lied to me manty times on facebook this and last wk by quoting me the date then renigging their end of the deal. They were paid and it's time to pay me after all the months I waited patiently.. Had I not had a facebook account they would've never returned my emails to their support dept nor returned my calls.
I participated in an online study on april 11, 2016 and was promised that i would receive a $35 reward in the form of a egift card in approximately 8 weeks. It has been over 24 weeks and i have not received the reward. I have emailed them several times and their response is always "due to unforeseen circumstances some of our payments are being delayed".
I can only conclude that this company is not reputable and something should be done to protect others from being ripped off like i was.
I have done several surveys for inovoke research. most i have been paid for , but i did one survey about 5 months ago and another one about 3 months ago. they promised payment within 6-8 weeks after survey was completed. i still haven't received my payment. i am unable to find a way to contact them directly. i just want what is owed to me.
I have taken 2 studies (surveys) with tis company that lasted me more than 4 hours, one was on April 17th and the other on April 27th of this year. Each survey is $35 for a total of $70. Their timeframe to reward people is 6 to 8 weeks. It has been almost 4 months since I completed these surveys and whenever I ask them about my money they keep telling me payment is delayed.
I am afraid what they want is try to discourage me until I'll no longer ask them, but that's not going to happen. Trust me, I didn't give you 4 hours of my time for nothing.

The study took approximately two hours and in return, I was told to expect a $35 GiftCard PASS sent to my email address in about eight weeks. After eight weeks, I sent an email regarding the status of payment. I was told "they will be fulfilling the promised incentive. Unfortunately, the payment for this study has been delayed." That was on June 28. I wrote a folow up email in July asking if they were any closer to resolving the issue and received no response. It is now August, I have not been paid, and I am not getting any answers. It feels like I might have gotten ripped off...
