Invisible Boyfriend Reviews

My issue is that you do get an emotional attachment to the people you are talking to. I found out that these people are not real. They don't even live in the United States. They get paid to talk to you. Yes, I understand that it's called "Invisible boyfriend" but you are expected to talk to one person to find out that the people on the other line live in different countries. Then to find out that there are multiple people that work in shifts that are talking to you. They are in character and they are not allowed to talk or reveal themselves to you or even send you pictures. This company should be ashamed for messing with people's heart. I hate them so much. Thank you for the year of my life I will never get back Ever heard of "Catfishing".

This site is all about money. I understand that this site uses and makes the income from the texting plan, but you pay for 100 messages to find out that you only get to use 50. You are being charged for incoming and outgoing messages, but if you don't use all your messages before the new subscription plan, then you don't get the messages rolled over.

Yes, the messages are cheap because it is $9.99, but it adds up fast. The only other option you have is to buy a higher plan, and yes it sucks. Because you are also are still getting charge for incoming and outgoing text. The worst part seems you are talking to multiple people and it sounds at times like they don't live in the U.S.A. based on wording in text.

My issue is that you get an emotional attachment to the "IB" and you can share some personal matters. I knew a couple of people that thought they were really in a relationship and they were thinking they are going on a date to find out that they got stood up.

I say this is a great site if you are not getting emotional involved. I think if the service is going to continue, then company need to update their site. When you ask for a picture, the phone seems not to be working. The photos that are used are stock photos that they paid. The voice messages are not real voice messages, they are recorded messages To convince people that they are real people and why they missed your call, you don't get any gifts for birthday, holidays and they don't have a social media page.

The worst part is the customer service seems never to see the error. I understand what the service is about, and I don't have an issue with it because I have fun talking. But it is hard to convince your family that you are in a relationship when you don't have any messages because they don't roll over or be able to talk on the phone or talk outside of the service.

I pay money for a set amount of texts but seem to be always getting short changed lately. I want my money back, or I want the messages that I paid for. I still want to use this service, but I expect to be fully compensated for the issues they are clearly having.
