Intuit Merchant Services Reviews

Never use Intuit to process merchant credit cards. They will lie, cheat and steal your money. At this time they are holding over $15,600 of my company's funds and they refuse to release them because one customer in that batch, who's transaction was for $3,415, give us their cellphone number for contact, while apparently they used their landline number back when they applied for their credit card. Because the phone numbers do not match, Intuit has held ALL of the funds from that day ($15,600) and they refuse to release them until this one customer calls them to confirm her landline phone number. Intuit had told us that they would release the funds with copies of bank statements and invoices.

We sent them what they asked for and then Intuit moved the goal posts and said that they needed to talk to our customer. These people are thieves. This customer has never disputed her credit card charges and Intuit has no financial exposure or liability. The customer had us install flooring in her house and Intuit has held the payment from her to my company for over two weeks now with a promise to never release the money unless I force the customer to call them. The customer's credit card issuer has said nothing, they paid the charge and the customer has probably paid her charges by now, everybody has been paid and is happy except me, because Intuit has stolen my company's money and refuses to return it, or any other (entirely unrelated) money from that day (July 27, 2016)

I bought Quicken 2014 about 2 years ago and it would easily transfer my local bank account information and credit card easily to my android phone. Now it does not and requires paid support to deal with the problem.

The purpose for buying Quicken 2014 was to transfer to my mobile account otherwize I would use Quicken 2007 as before w/o mobile transfer.

WISH I WOULDVE KNOWN ABOUT THESE SCAMMERS AHEAD OF TIME!!!

Used them to process credit card payments for us for services and goods. On January 6, 2015, I ran a regular customer's payment for services just like we did in December since it is a recurring billing. Intuit sent me an email stating they were holding the funds pending further documentation. Sent the documentation the same day. On January 9th, I called to follow up and intuit told me they were releasing the funds. On January 14, the funds had failed to show up in my account, so I called again only to be told that I would NOT be receiving the funds and I must reverse the transaction because intuit doesn't support credit card transactions for services; only merchandise.

IMAGINE THIS......the next day, I get an email stating they are holding the credit pending further documentation. WTF?!? Are these people truly stupid?!? They are holding a transaction pending investigation THAT THEY REQUESTED AND MADE ME PERFORM!!!! It is now the 21st and they have yet to release my customers credit to them. 15 days they have been sitting on money that doesn't belong to them.

We are a small business but not a mom and pop. We have a great reputation and excellent credit. This is truly insane.

Do not use these people. If you are, you need to run as fast as possible.
