We have a 20' diameter Intex Ultra Frame pool with a Krystal Clear Sand Filter Pump #14 (Model SF15110). Upon first time set-up of the pump the Clamp (Part #11380) broke - it's made of plastic. This part holds the top of the pump onto the base and prevents water from leaking.
We have called Intex three (3) times to get a replacement part (#11380). Each time we are told that the part is not available and given a date about 2 weeks in the future. Three times we have called to order this part - note that our pump has been out of service since the clamp broke because it leaks water like a sieve if you run it! Each time we call at the date specified when parts will be available we're again told "parts not available. No you cannot speak to a supervisor - our phones don't transfer. No I can't give you a name and number of a supervisor to call."
Clearly this is a poorly run company, making poorly designed products, and this company has no regard for its customers's satisfaction.
I will never buy another Intex product ... ever! This company does not stand behind it's products.
