Lets start off with who is in charge of this nonsense which a lot of employees are figuring out along with the consumers as well.
Seraj Ardakani, Elva English, Robert Hillman, Steve Talerico, Melaura Guider and more names to come later as more info is gathered from current and past employees.
Not only are they selling travel scam memberships to customers but employees who use to work at a company called BANK CARD EMPIRE, remember those folks, are some of the employees selling this garbage. Go ahead and google them and you will se what this is all about. Most of the customers have figured it out and if they havee not already, they will soon have all the fire power they need as we are going to make sure the internet and every website out there will have enough information so customers wanting to purchase this garbage from these idiots or people who might want to think about working there can know the real deal.
Its real simple, they are selling Memberships attached to a lousy timeshare that basically jacks up the reatail rate that you as the customer would eventually figure out on your own for "so called" discounts on travel above and beyond your timeshare. Not the case folks, they inflate all of their prices on the website and then add a "fantasy" discount which brings the price down to what the customer can buy almost anyhwere esle. They sell this nonsense for $4199 and then the agent's begin to drop the price to as little as $999 and the excuse for dropping the price is eliminating some of the "SCAM TRAVEL CERTIFICATES". That is right folks, you all know what those are if you have taken a timeshare tour before and been given a gift you can't use, these are what those are. The product is so pathetic they pay ridiculous commissions to the employees because there is no fullfillment cost because the product and membership does not really exist. If you have already bought this crap then do yourself a favor and "chargeback " your credit card because you purchased "NOTHING", do the research. This guy Seraj walks around all day telling agents to lie to customers while his managers are talking trash about him behind his back trying to figure out clever ways to tell agents to "follow" some ridiculous script that we will be posting all over the internet for customers to read as well.
