I received an update advert for a program I had previously purchased. The original program did not work too well. The update was $29 and I proceded to buy it. After enter0ing the card data I discovered that I had boughr $97.83 worth of other stuff as well. I called the only number that I saw and finally got billing people, they refunded part of the money, and told me they cannot refund the full amount. After several tries They gave me an e-mil address to which I could send a request. That address returns undeliverable. I have sent a snail mail request,we shall see what happens.
Meanwhile I will watch the credit card statent like a hawk.
