Fraud on Credit Card

I placed an order and within two days, my credit card was being used by someone else for fraud. I had not used it for several days before and had not used it since I placed the order. This is obviously a scam and please do not order from them!!

Redemption is possible!

All of you should be able to have your credit card company or bank reimburse the charges to you and reverse the charges back to these scamming criminals. ESPECIALLY, if you used a bank check card. Please at least try this option! I did on another rip off. Thank you all for your saved me from undue stress and problems!

Same here

Who thousand 20 same problem. I have read that the company is in China or it’s hard to find information. The emails have fractured English which could be a tip off I don’t know. Customer Service is nonexistent and I would recommend them on a bet. You’ll never use them again and I’ve told everybody I know to stay away from this company

Try filing a complaint with the better business bureau, I looked on there after reading all the negative reviews and sure enough there was lots of complaints ,but they seem to at least try to refund the people who had complained. Thank you for your review I almost started from this company but absolutely will not now

Product no show

I ordered a beanie five years weeks ago but it still hasn’t arrived. When I try the tracking number it says it’s been in Dublin for three weeks. I live 15 miles away so I don’t see how it would take that long to get to me. When I emailed I was told to contact “a post office” or UPC. I don’t understand why they wouldn’t be able to tell me where it is. SCAM ARTISTS.

Ordered a pair of socks on Dec. 14th. Finally got them on Jan. 18th. They were for Christmas. Let everyone you know to avoid Inspire Uplift like the plague. They must go away.

Same Here!

I ordered Hallmark socks on December 9th for a Christmas gift. I finally received them on January 25th. Out of frustration I ordered the same item from Amazon on January 4th and received it on January 17th. Form your own conclusion.

Then, to make things worse, I get endless sales messages despite hitting the unsubscribe link and requests to stop. Dealing with Inspireuplift is neither inspiring nor uplifting; quite the opposite.

I ordered an "Eyebrow Microblading Pen" online on 5/22/2018 and received an email confirming the order and my credit card was immediately charged. No shipping information was ever provided (Normally I would expect to receive information about the method of shipping -- UPS or FedEx or USPS -- plus a tracking number, expected shipping date and projected date of receipt).

I have sent FOUR emails requesting shipping information and have received NO replies. It has now been nearly two weeks since I ordered the product. I began searching online, and found their ridiculous Q&A regarding their orders and shipments, and it says that a customer "cannot cancel an order"! It also does NOT give any address or phone information.

This is OBVIOUSLY A BOGUS COMPANY!! I then searched them on the Better Business Bureau and found complaint after complaint after complaint! INSPIRE UPLIFT RIPPED ME OFF! I am now going to contact my credit card company to get their assistance in receiving a refund.

Yes they must be a scam!

Same experience - ordered product May 18. Still waiting on June 22. Saw many reviews online of same. Most likely this not a legit company. Called credit card company today to flag them as a scam.

Yes they are a scam!

Ordered microblading eyebrow pen on 5/18/18 and my credit card immediately charged. No product received yet. No response to emails. You can't call them -- even though a number is listed on their website, when you call it, they tell you to email them, but no response is ever received to emails. Total scam!

They are flooding the Internet with thousands of fake, but convincing ads. I ordered a car cleaning device. It never came.

They even give you a fake tracking number with text messages showing progress. When you text back after item doesn't arrive, then text is never sent - fake address. They are flooding the Internet and phones with fake ads. They must be making a fortune.

Glad I read before order

I was thinking of placing an order. I hate Chinese companies decided to check out Inspire Uplift as the stuff is usually Crap. Customer service is Non existent for the most and returns are a joke.

GARBAGE COMPANY AVOID AT ALL COSTS. All items are shipped out of China after the order is placed. 34 days it took to receive and they ignored my emails the whole time as I tried to figure out what was going on. I asked 3 times for the order to be canceled and refunded if it had not yet shipped and was ignored each time. Please save yourself the hassle and DO NOT ORDER FROM inpire uplift. They say 1-3 days processing and 7-10 days shipping. They weren't even close yet now they only want to offer me store credit (after FINALLY getting back to me). Website says 100% satisfaction guarantee which is not at all true. I would never consider buying anything from these people again. All this stuff can be found online cheaper and with much better shipping and customer service. I have never had a worse experience buying ANYTHING EVER online. Trust me, you do not want to get involved with this company.

Placed an order on 12/16/2017. The amount was immediately charged to my credit card. I received one email on 01/02/2018 that my order has shipped. Have not received by 01/22/2018. The delivery / tracking number is checked, it says it "has no status." I emailed the website and received no contact.

Inspire Uplift has aggressively been showing up in feeds on Facebook advertising products such as beanie hats (crocheted) and other products. I placed two orders with this company on December 9, 2017 for the hats. The products were ordered as Christmas gifts. The items never arrived for Christmas, and I submitted an email inquiring about them. The company never responded. I went online to FB to see if anyone else had issues with their deliveries and/or orders. To my dismay, FB was littered with complaints about Inspire Uplift. I then went on BBB and also found the site littered with complaints of nonresponse and orders never arriving. Inspire Uplift was happy to communicate with individuals who were interested in purchasing the items on FB, and showed active status minutes after emails were submitted, however, NEVER responded to any email requests inquiring about the products ordered but not received.

At this point, I can only assume that this company is scamming individuals to solicit or "float" money. The "fake" tracking number received in a subsequent email (after a negative review on FB but still not addressing the refund issue) shows that the items ordered have never left the continent of Asia (of which we were also unaware that items were not made or shipped in the US). As of this writing, I've yet to receive a response to my inquiry for my order. Neither have I received a refund.

Should they have the common courtesy to respond and rectify this issue, I will update my report.

Inspire Uplift I ordered on 4/19/20 and as of today, 5/31/20, I have not received my order. They have texted and emailed me that my package was delivered but it was not . They sent tracking information that states delivered, but the description in the tracking info says the package is delayed, please be patient. Of course they got their payment the day I ordered. I have tried emailing them and using the chat option on their website and they assure me I will receive my order.

Do they actually think that after a month and a half I would possibly think that is true? I have asked for a refund and received no response to my request. I don't know what else to do. I have never had this experience from any online order. I did pay online with a credit card but I do not see how to mark that. Miami F

Avoid this fraudulent company like the plague!

I should have researched them before ordering. My story is pretty much the same as others here. I ordered three items for Christmas and didn’t receive them until January (from China) and they were in poor condition. They do not respond to my emails. It cost me over $21 to return the items and they do not refund return shipping. The offered me a “store credit,” as if I would every buy from them again. I have disputed it on my credit card. I’m still waiting for resolution.

I order a product for $49.00 2 months ago and when i complain that i never receive my order they provided me with a phony tracking numbers in Russia that never exists after going online to investigate this company i was shocked that many people have complained about this same scam according to my investigation the phoney tracking numbers are used to keep PayPal to continue this scam and to make people give up asking about their products i order in early February and it is the middle of March and today they keep sending me these phoney tracking statements

I ordered the item on April 25th. The money was taken out right away. It stated I should receive an email for when the item was shipped. On May 6th still hadn't receive an email or my item. I asked about it they sent me think a link for tracking which had the item in La Puente,Ca. It continued to sit there so I asked for a refund. So, I had to order another item which came within 5 day wow can you believe that!

I continued email a few times a week because it would take a number of days to get a response. The response was always the same script we can't refund it is in transit and they same link with the same location blaming COVID19 on the delay. However, I had ordered plenty of items not being delayed like this and that is why I ordered another similar item else where.

The website states that it takes 5-7 business days when shipped. They have stated it was shipped on April 29th according the tracking. (Even though it sat in the same spot). Then on May 29th I receive an email how do I like my item. What item I NEVER received it.

This time tired of email I did a live chat 5/31 and they said the same scripted information but finally said they will open a ticket. Around the same time I receive a new email stating it's in transit and I will receive it within 7-10 days.

The whole time you said you couldn't refund BECAUSE it was in Transit. Now you are saying it only became in transit at the end of May. So I looked. The Package moved from La Puenta, Ca to Los Angeles , Ca. Do you know how far that is??? They were basically telling me it took 6 weeks to move less than 20 MILES! It did arrive in 7-10 business when it was TRULY shipped. So, they lied and never shipped it so, they didn't have to refund. When the ticket was open it went to a manager and poof I magically got movement. But , it was too late.

And this is why I still want a REFUND. I had to pay to get another item in a timely manner. The website didn't not say it will take 6 weeks it said 7-10 business days.

This is beyond HORRIBLE customer service.

I wish I did the research first!!!

My story is like so many others on here. Today I reported them to the FTC and Paypal- here is my statement:

I ordered an ergonomic chair cushion from Inspire Uplift that I saw advertised on Instagram on 4/22/20 using my Paypal. The company immediately charged me the $35.97 for the product. The next day, I rec'd an email with a USPS tracking #, that had no information attached to it. I contacted the company on 5/5/20 because the status of the tracking # has been the same ("waiting for Post Office to receive the package") since the day I received the email. After 1 hour waiting for a rep on chat, and explaining the entire thing, I was told that a manager would have to contact me, and it would be via email. I got an email the next day, saying that things were "delayed due to Covid 19 causing shipment delays. The woman, Amy, sent me a link to the same tracking number. I continued to check daily with no change in tracking status. On 5/17/20, I contacted them again via email and requested a refund (you cannot get anyone on a phone they don't even have a phone #) and rec'd a reply via email on 5/19/20, with much the same response as before.The request for refund was not addressed, Today, 5/21/20, I sent a dispute for the charge to Paypal, requesting the refund. I reviewed the BBB ratings on this company, and to my dismay, this company is regularly ripping off customers by taking their money and never shipping the products, and hold the refunds hostage by sending fraudulent "tracking" to show that the product is in transit (so they don't have to refund the money.) I want my money back. This company is real scam, and they should be sanctioned and put out of business.I wish I had never done business with them, and that I had taken time to check their reputation before ordering. I will never do that again, but I also want no one else to ever go through what I and many others have gone through trying to get refunded from this scam company.

This company is horrible, ordered items on December 8, they didn’t arrive until Jan 23. When I reach out for return or refund, they are giving me the run around. Better to order from a known company like Amazon or Walmart.

Sad excuse for a company

I ordered a tablet that children can write on with light. It came, with only the tablet. Not the pen to write with. It is useless this way. Can't get in touch with anyone. The website said it is being worked on. No luck with any other attempt to locate anyone to help me. What a waste!

got an order that I never ordered

I got an order from the company of Inspire Uplift and I never ordered it and the product is the lucky rainbow lamp. They seem to know who I am and where I live but, my middle name (Ellaxandra) was spelled wrong, they forgot my first last name (Armstrong) and spelled my second last name ( Stephens) wrong as well. I like the product so I want to keep it though. Is it ok for me to keep the lamp?

Buyer beware

I've never had the worst online shopping experience till now. This company gives you the run around and doesn't live up too their guarantee. If they are based out of Florida they shouldn't take over a month to receive your items. They lie and are not very reputable. I'm still waiting on one more item from them that has supposively shipped. Dont waste your time and money. It's not worth the frustration.

They advertise a 'Cat Groomer' normally USD $40.00 ... but reduced to $19.97. My roommate saw the ad, did a quick Google search and purchased the IDENTICAL ones online ... elsewhere... for CDN $5.00 each. My virus/spyware scanner flags the location as a risk for identity theft. So needless to say, I can't comment on their services :)

Bought slicers from these scammers. 1 Star is already too much.

I visited the website after watching an very convincing ad. The reviews of the set of 3 slicers are nearly perfect on their website and I though about how my life would be such easier in the kitchen. The company is based in Florida and I though there are regulations. Got the tracking number and the package was sent out of China. I didn't pay attention because almost everything is made in China. The package arrived and the slicers were light but looked nice.

I was so busy at the time and didn't have any occasion to use the slicers. When I did, 2 of 3 didn't work. I contacted the company and the response was it was too late to return the product. I filed a dispute with PayPal for false advertisement and had to escalate to a claim. Had to spend money to send back the slicers with tracking number (and required signature because I don't trust them) and they didn't even respond to PayPal after the package has been received.

I posted a 1 star review on their website for the slicers and got the email from them telling how sorry they are for my bad review. To make it right, they want to offer $10 rebate on my next $30 purchase. Scamming me the first time was not enough, they want me to spend more money on their useless products. Even days later my 1 star review for the slicers still not on their website. I'm glad I did not process multiple orders at first and wanted to see how they are going to stand by their product.
