At first I struggled to decide what category I would place Insiders Cash into. I opted for organized crime because this company, along with the multi faceted network of other companies involved in this elaborate and deliberate scheme are very well organized to the tune of millions of dollars a year. Where do these millions come from you may ask? The money comes from unsuspecting and trusting individuals who are generally retired with stockpiles of money (IRA, credit cards, etc) they had worked and scraped to attain for most their lives. These companies, Insiders Cash, Veil Corporate, Real Estate Investors, Buy PD, Property Direct, Dean Graziosi and countless other LLC's attached in a confusing web of deceit, find pure joy in taking advantage of non-informed retired people who know very litttle about real estate. They have an elaborate scheme of luring you into buying property, via a conference called The Buying Summit, and then going in for the kill so to speak.
After they have smooth talked their way into depleting your IRA accounts, and convinced you to rack up thousands of dollars of debt with credit cards, they actually own the properties they sell you but you do not know that. Therein lies the deception. I purchased many properties under the guise these properties were rehabbed, with tenents and property managers already in place, and a year of guaranteed rent in case of something going awry. Not only did I purchase, properties, with the help of insiders cash of course, but I also purchased land and trust deeds. If you don't know what trust deeds are... a house is in danger of being foreclosed and you come in like superman with your retirement money, and save this poor family from having to move out of their home.
Sounds great doesn't it? I thought so too. Unfortunately, through some investigative skills I was able to figure out what they are really doing. The deed you are buying is actually owned by another LLC company who is involved in this web of deceit, so in essence, you are loaning money to another company who is going to allow the disfunctional house to be foreclosed. Once the foreclosure is complete, the initial investment you made, which for me was 31 thousand dollars for one trust deed, is forever lost to the bank, INSIDERS CASH, due to the house being foreclosed upon. Thats when the company you loaned money to, initially, swoops in, with the money you loaned them, and uses YOUR MONEY, ( that now belongs to insiders cash (Veil corporate, Guardian Law) or whatever name you want to slap on it, ) to buy back the delapitated home at the foreclosed discounted rate that the bank offers. The county of the property then steps in and wa la... your money is gone because taxes weren't paid, INSIDERS CASH holds your money, the "loans" your money to the company you initially loaned your money to. Wow!!
If you think that's confusing.... it most certainly is. That's why it takes many many companies to be involved in the web of real estate deceit. Currently BUY PD (Property Direct) is no longer under that LLC... because there was so much scutiny they had to change their company name. All the LLC's change their names quite regularly so as to confuse anyone trying to investigate what they are doing. I they did this to me to the tune of approx. 300 thousand dollars, think of how much money they are accruing monthly from hundreds of unsuspecting good hearted people who are not trying to get rich, but secure their future a little bit more and live out the rest of their days in peace.
I have so so much more to write but you would literally be reading for hours. The stories of deceit and lies that these companies are producing are immeasurable. Somebody has to stop these people!
