I urge buyers to complain to Arm & Hammer and to discontinue purchas of any Arm & Hammer product and to tell everyone wqithin eac shot the delimma.

I bought the Arm & Hammer slide the first time with the sticker to try me free I tried lots of time to submit offer no avail.
Stupid me I tried again with the cloud control again having a problem, called customer service I was told you can only submit offer on the computer and could not get a rebate form to submit by mail. Not everybody as computer or wants to do rebate online.
They were not very helpful at all.
I will not buy the product again with their false advertising
I mailed to Merck Rebate Center as form requested. Included the proper original sales receipt and rebate form. Mailed on October 3rd, 2017. No answer for 15 weeks. Tried calling multiple Numbers from online tracking sites to no avail. Merck has no number to track rebates. shuffled to inmar.rebates.com no response or means to check on account. Telephone number rings for hours with tape recording to go to their site. no actual address to go to. web offers hundreds of unrelated sites on their site. getting the run around.
I purchaced a new product at Walmart. Arm & Hammer "Slide" cat litter. The sticker on box says Try me free.
I saved recipiet, cut label upc code off box and went to inmarrebates.com/ahlitter followed directions by registering with this site, submit a rebate select cdcatlit12 then nothing could be submitted it states invalid
I wrote an email to customer service and will await the reply.
Arm & Hammer representative very rude! They advertise rebate to make you think you can try item for free or some rebate.
They never intend to give you a rebate, they have wrong adress of website to submit your rebate. When you call to talk to someone is a hassel and you give up trying and that's what they want. They make you do a long process, jump thru hurdles to get rebate check.
