Bait and switch from baiting using Christie Brinkley and her product to receiving another product. Inherent Beauty is deceptive and if you don't know to call in 12 days your card will be charged 90.00.

I was on Facebook and saw a post for a what I thought was Christie Brinkelys beauty product. Her picture was all over it. It said that I could get a Free sample of the product but would have to pay the 4.95 for shipping. I proceeded to place my order for Inherent Beauty. When I tried to submit the order it would not let me complete it until I agreed to also try NeuDermis for an additional $3.95 shipping charge. I agreed to it and received the products a few days later. Today I tried to use my secured credit card and could not. I called the credit card company and they informed me that I was charged $89.95 for beauty products. They gave me two numbers to call and follow up 877-806-8968 and 877-252-6466. I called and talked with a young man and explained to him that I wanted a refund for the $89.85. He said that he could not refund me since I agreed to the terms and conditions. I asked to speak to a supervisor and spoke with Sandra.

She too said no . When I asked to speak with her boss she said she is as high as it gets. I was so angry about being ripped off but also about their lack of empathy. She offered to reimburse me 30% but I refused and said I wanted the full amount refunded. A half hour later I received a call from a Stephanie. She first said that they could offer me a refund of 50 %, and I didn't accept, the she said 75% was all they could do. I still refused. I am a single mom of two boys and barely getting by. The only reason I agreed to purchase the product was because it was free and the only charge was supposed to be $4.95. I hope they are shut down and charged for deceiving the public.

Scam artists

They advertised that this was a product on Shark Tank with Lorie Graneer endorsing. There was absolutely no mention of a trial period or canceling as it stated only that it was 4,95 shipping and handling for a free sample not trial offer. They charged my credit card 89.95 a week later(before I got the free sample) and I called and complained and was told they would credit my account in full but they instead only issued a partial refund of what I never knew about or agreed too. My credit card company thankfully reversed the charges as they had so many complaints about their unethical billing as well as not having any real address nor did any of these celebrities know anything about this company or the multiple names they used as their criminal activities became known under this name. California needs to track down these scammers and shut them down!!!!!! Liars and thieves

Scam

Add on facebook 4.95 for sample. No WHERE did it say I would be charged 88.78 and 89.85 in 30 days. No help when I called except offered me 35% discount.

I am on SS so would certainly not ordered if that was the case..

Inherent Beauty, thought it was Christie Brinkley product

I tried to cancel before the trial period ended and the rude person said I had to return the product, no refund. I thought the product was Chrisite Brinkley and it was on Dr. Oz show. I was fooled all the way around.

When I ordered the trial for $4.95 from Inherent Beauty I clicked on a link on the FoxNews website. I made sure there were no "catches". I received the eye cream and face cream for two $4.95 charges. I didn't make a fuss since it was only another $4.95. Then 2 weeks later I was hit with the $89.85 & $89.94 charges. I called immediately and Inherent Beauty refunded the $89.85 and YS Cream Co said they would but never did. I disputed with my Barclay Card and then loss a couple months later. YS Cream Co (Vumeraskin) sent verbage from their website stating the 14 day policy that was never on the link that I ordered from.

I have also closed my Barclay Card and will never do business with them since they allow these deceiving companies to be merchants!!

I ordered a sample bottle and paid the postage as I was instructed and was charged full price for it. I also, received another bottle and hope I am not charged double for it. I was told that all that was to be paid was postage for the sample, they charged my credit card $89.85 last month in April and it should have NO CHARGE. They are a big RIP-OFF. If they charge me again in May, what recourse do I have? Jackie Plano, Texas 75093

An ad appeared on my Facebook page saying for $4.95 I could receive a sample of face cream/serum. I decided to try it and carefully read the entire ad. After completing the order another ad popped up offering eye serum for an additional $4.95. When I clicked to get more info, I was informed my order had been placed. Like others on this site, there was absolutely no information about continued subscription. My account was charged the $4.95 AND $89.95 for the Inherent Beauty cream. A second charge was made to my account and a second bottle received. As others, the supervisor referred me to a website which indicates a 14-day trial period but I am positive this was NOT on the site from which I ordered. Total scam!

Total Scam!

I wish I had read these reviews prior to getting sucked in to the SCAM. Followed the same protocol as people listed above.

On or about March 31, I signed up for a "free" trial offer for an antiaging skin cream by paying shipping and handling. Another product (eye serum) was included that I had no choice to refuse. I checked long and wide for any terms and conditions prior to giving my card number and found none.

The products arrived on April 5 and I assumed that began my trial period. Wrong--it began on March 31! I was out of town and when I returned April 15, it was to find that I had 2 debits to my bank account one for $89.95 and one for $89.94, which I did not authorize. The only thing that was with the products were packing slips--no phone numbeers, no addresses, nada!

Today, I did find a customer service number for antiagining skin cream and called to inquire about both charges and was told this customer service was for the skin cream only ($89.94). I talked with a superisor who said that I agreed to the terms and conditions when I did the trial order--I assured him there were no terms or conditions on the order form. He agreed to cancel the membership/subscripption and stated there would be no refund. I asked for an address to direct correspondencr and he refused and stated that the owner of the product did not accept phone calls. Howver, he did offer me up to 75% discount if I wanted to keep using the product. The information on the debits was the name of the product and a street address, no city, no phone number.

I immediately went to my bank and disputed the debits and obtained a new card. Let me assure you that there were no terms or conditiuons on the order form--I had been scammed once before and did perservere so that I eventlally received a refund.

This product was supposedly introduced on Shark Attack.

I saw this product in an ad being used on an older lady. The wrinkles seemed to disappear. I didn't really believe it, but they offered a 14 day trial period for $4.95. So why not give it a try. I tried it for 3 days and didn't notice anything. So I called the number. I was on hold for 10 minutes. I hung up and tried later on. I was on hold for 15 minutes. I tried for the next 3 days. The next day I finally got someone on the phone within 4 minutes. I told Heather that I wanted to cancel the membership. She told me I can cancel but I have already been charged $89.95 for my trial bottle. WHAT!! It's only been 8 days. Heather told me the trial period starts the moment you place the order. She did go talk to her supervisor "Jay" ID #1046. She came back with a quick no. That's how you know it's a scam. They don't care about the customers only the money. An 8 day trial is not a 14 day trial. I followed their rules. They change them along the way. They shouldn't be allowed to do people like this. This place and others like it should be shut down. Check your mother's and grandmother's accounts and make sure that these leaches aren't bleeding her dry.

Inherent Beauty had an advertisment on the net for FREE TRIAL Offer. Pay only shipping and handling. I filled in the requested information and activated Send Email Order. 4-days later I received 1.5 oz of Revitalizing Serum along with a free trial of YS Cream, which I did not order.

There was No invoice enclosed, no thank you enclosed, no notice of charges, no return policies and no written agreements.

30-days later my credit card was charge $89.85 noting BAU*Graciouseyecre. When I discovered this erroneous charge I call the number 888-273-5959 and the csr wanted my SS# in order to file for refund. Of course I did not give out that info. The next day my bank called to tell me there was another charge for $89.50.

I called Inherent Beauty's other number 888-239-5985 and asked for a manager "to stop the charges and give me a refund." The obnoxious person said that I should have read the small print of terms and agreements that were on a different web page. He stated no refunds, no returns and they would be charging me for a third shipment which I did not order and they would be charging me another (3rd) $89.

I called my credit card company and cancelled my card and asked the card company to challenge all charges and stop all payments.

I feel this was a bait and switch and fruadulant marketing scam.

DO NOT FALL FOR these sleazy business tactics. This company should be shut down by the California Consumer Agency.

Inherent Beauty is a scam.

They get your debit card info and charge you $4.95 shipping twice. Less than a month later they took $88.78 and $89.85 from my account without my knowledge. When I called them they said that there was no account in my name. After the bank paid them even though I told the bank that they scammed me,they then had an account in my name and said it was closed. Scammed!!
