This person Gloria Ines, may not be her real name, is stealing money from people that are wanting cleaning services for their home or business. They are asking for a deposit or all of it via venmo up front then do not show up texting people all the same excuses.
Their workers car broke down on the 405, their worker or child was sick and then never offer to come back and keep giving the same excuse about why they can't return the money. They say their Venmo was comprimised and they would refund asap. But never do and say they will zelle you and never do that either.
After 1 month of going back and forth we went on yelp and Gloria has done this numerous times with the same excuses! I totally believed her and she is just a scam artist and fraudster! She should be in jail for theft and mail fraud.
