Really that is it.....what about your Return Policy on your website....as follows https://www.indiefit.com/faq_about/#Returns .I do not think it is a good idea to print false info on your website. You are obviously not a credible company. I will be looking into this further. I would like an authorization number and a return address and for you to adhere to your Return policy. Well where to begin....first it took forever before I received my items. I contacted PayPal because I had not heard anything from your company even though I had sent a message 2 days after my order because I never received confirmation of my order like most companies send when you place an order. So after a month I communicated with PayPal then the items finally arrived. The package did not contained anything but 4 individual bags with the items I ordered no slip giving details in case they did not fit to form etc.....no tags in the garments showing what material these garments are made of. Anyway I tried the garments they are way to big for me and did not fit properly for the size I am accustomed to.
I had to search online to find a phone number and the requirement to request a confirmation number for a return. I must say I am not impressed with the company’s way of doing business. I am forwarding pics of the garments as per your instructions but I feel your request makes absolutely no sense. Once again I request an authorization number for a return and also will need a return address to send these garments to. Your help in this matter will be greatly appreciated.
