Answer- when you buy from IncentRev. I paid $60 for half price golf certificates plus a $6.75 postage fee (which was a normal stamp).
When I made reservations at the course the cost would have been $60 had I paid the course direct.....SO WHERE IS MY 1/2 PRICE DEAL???????
Incentrev responded "We are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you"
I spoke with the course General Manager who told me he trades golf t-times for advertising and Incentrev can charge anything they want.
What really irks me is that Incentrev keeps all of the revenue . I asked Incentrev to at least refund the $6.75 "postage" fee and they are ignoring me.

I ordered gift certificates to give my coworkers. Each certificate came with my name and home address listed on them. I can't give those as gifts. No where in the advertising did it say that all the gift certificates would come with my address information printed on them. The company refused to replace them or give me a refund and was quite rude about it. There are numerous complaints about them at the BBB. Incentrev is nothing but a thief out to take advantage of others.
