In Touch Voip took 39.95 out of my bank account illegaly. I have never given them my information and never heard of their company. I do not randomly put my bank account and routing number out online or give it to random companies or people. I only pay my credit cards online, and do not ever shop online with my debit or bank account number. I also do not shop over the phone or via mail. These people need to be reported each time this happends. I am calling the Better Business Bureau and filing a police report. It is right around the holidays and that there are companies like this robbing people with no rhyme or reason, makes me sick. I live paycheck to paycheck, and because of the overdraft fees I have incurred due to utilizing my account without knowing it was overdrawn, I am now not able to pay what I need to on time. In Touch Voip needs to be prosecuted and have legal action taken against them.
