In_Motion_OC_Physical_Therapy_Irvine, has issued with medical billing fraud, dirty therapy tables, and not having reputation I believe to gain expertise as a credible witness in personal injury cases. I personally was a patient at In_Motion_OC_Irvine and had to deal with embarassement of being overcharged for services I did not receive or in some cases I was charged for exclusive therapy but was part of group therapy. It is very tough to deal with billing fraud. Billing fraud can hurt all of us. There have several instances of medical billling fraud as I experienced with Jeff Thomas, Physical Therapy, at In_Motion_OC_Irvine.
I encourage all of you to scutinize your medical bill. Were you at the facility when charged for service? Are the correct billing codes on your medical chart to make sure medical billing fraud is present in your chart? There are important issues I hope you consider.
