So on January 1st I decided to try a free 2 week trial on two beauty products offered by this company. They said all I had to do was pay shipping and handling and if I liked the products I wouldn't have to.pay until 14 days. I thought this was a great TRY BEFORE YOU BUY DEAL but boy was I wrong! That same day they charged my credit card the full amount of 76.86! Plus I paid the shipping of 5.34. On top of all that i.had to pay a total of 40.00 in overdraft fees. I received emails from customer service assuring me that 8d see the money in my account in 3 to.4 business days.
That would have been on time to pay my car insurance which was due today! The money is not in my account and now I have no car insurance! I wish I read the reviews before falling for their TRY BEFORE YOU BUY gimmick. Im a senior citizen living on limited SS BENEFITS. What happened to me was plain wrong. I want my 76.86 plus the cost of my 2 overdraft fees totaling 49.00.
They tried playing the nice guys by offering me free codes up to 75.00 for makeup. Thanks but that won't pay my car insurance and reinstatement fees!please pay what you owe and stop taking advantage of senior citizens or others ....period!!
I placed a few orders with this company to try before you buy or your money back... no worries right? Wrong. When I wanted to return the products they wait long enough for the 14 days to pass in order to get a return label. There is no phone number to reach anyone, only customer service. You will get a response within a day saying you should receive a response within 24 hours.
Days later I finally hear from a person with a cut and paste response saying it's past the 14 days even though the day after I received the product it didn't match my skin... there was something off about all of the products and I just wanted to return the $398 worth of products I had been charged for immediately, not like the website states, only pay shipping and you are not charged for 14 days until you decide to keep the products. This company is a scam they do not honor as advertised, and I am left without any usable products or my almost $400
