I placed an online order with Lolli Swim for several swimsuits (https://ilovelolli.com/). I never received my merchandise. My package never arrived.
There is no customer service phone number listed for the business. I contacted the company several times via the email address ([email protected]) with no response. It is very difficult to communicate with the company. They have terrible customer service.
After sending several emails, over the course of a week, I still had no response. I finally reached out to the company on Instagram (@lolliswim) and received a response and was told that some one would get back to me. I again waited a few days before hearing anything. The company finally responded via email telling me that they cannot help me because the package is lost and it is beyond their control that the items have gone missing. I emailed the company asking for either a refund or my merchandise, but they are not responding. This is fraud. They stole my money without providing me my merchandise. They have horrible customer service and there is no way to get in contact with them. Do not purchase from this company!
I would like to be issued a refund. I never received my merchandise. The company is unresponsive and has the worst customer service that I have ever experienced.
