This has to be one of the worst companies out there for rent to own properties/ houses.
They swindled a mentally and physically disabeld family into a home in below freezing weather, that had no water, hot water, power, heat and was flooded from basement making entire home filled with mold.
When it was reported to Monty that the police department informed them that house was set for demolition and city gave them two days to evacuate, Monty didn't do a d**n thing. They had no family or friends beside me to help or save them and they stayed in that wrotted out house for 18 days breathing in all that wonderful black mold.
Monty promised to return their money and not only requested wiring number to their acct (which was sent to him), but also promoised to over-night a check with full balance of their money. Never happened.
While temperature outside was around 27 degrees farenheit, it was colder in the house than outside due to the flooded flooring and very damp walls.
They knew this house was not habitible as they have done this to a few families over the years; Zillow, RedFin and Realtor.com all report house lin their posession since 2012 and that they've attempted to sell it more than 5 times , but could't pass inspection.
Shame on these people, may they feel the full rath of God
