Like the testimony above mine, I have the same experience. It's now been a year and these rude, unprofessional scam artists still haven't refunded me money for items I never received. They just keep lying and lying and lying about the order. I can't believe they're still in business when hundreds if not thousands of women have been duped out of their money. Just look up their reviews and complaints online from various posting platforms.
I purchased some clothing items from this site on May 31, 2015. It is now March 2016 and I have not received my items. The customer service representatives are the rudest most unhelpful group of women I have ever come in contact with. They refuse to give me my money back and will not send me the items I purchased. I cannot believe they are still in business. The site needs to be shut down before more people get ripped off.
