I placed my order on 09/04/2018 when it arrived, Vitale Classic Super Reconstructor Intensive Creamthe hair reconstructor is expired, Pantene Pro-V Truly Natural Hair 3 In 1 Co-Wash Cleansing Conditioner 17.7oz conditioner was missing, Gold 'N Hot 2-PC Offset Comb Attachment Set GH2276 were broken and missing, Vitale Olive Oil Fertilizing Balm 6 oz was half gone and the bottel looks dirty. Everything sent out to me was damaged and looked used.

Reached out to House Of Beauty World, called every number (267) 388-8957, 1-800-588-0266, only to be yelled at and hung up on.

When I did get a credit, it was for the incorrect amount.

Only a person with low intelligence would give a discount credit amount for out of stock conditioner, it should have been the whole amount.

File a complaint with BBB, who House Of Beauty World is lying through their teeth too.

It's just not possible, that product comes in a hard bottle, that's a straight up lie Vitale Olive Oil Fertilizing Balm 6 oz, come in a soft squeezable bottle. House Of Beauty World, asked for pictures along with the invoice, which i sent several times.

Gary Roman has stop his communication through the BBB and also not responding to emails.

If I am force to file a claim, I will be asking for treble damages.

Recorded a mind blowing recording with House Of Beauty World acting a fool. A little over 30 mintues of funky attitude and hang ups.

I bought products from this company on March 15, 2016 I receive them on March 18, 2016 though they came fast one product that I ordered had paper in it. It was still taped up but there was paper floating around in it that look like it came from the fresh packets that you get when you order shoes. The other product I ordered had crust on the tube, which shows me that the product must be really old I am not using it on my hair because I don't wanted to fall out. They could've at least check the products before shipping them. I have photos of the products that I got from them so everyone can see that they are a careless company that couldn't even take the time to check the product. This is nasty and something needs to be done.

I ordered various clipper blades for my professional hair clipper. My credit card was charged immediately.

I have been waiting two weeks for my shipment to arrive and have yet to recieve it. I have placed 3 days of phone calls to every department hoping that someone would pick up.No one ever did. I Left messages to every department. No call backs from anyone. I spent $94 on this order. I now feel that I will never get any satisfaction from this. If this is a legitimate business they are the worst. Do not order anything from this place you will be sorry for sure. they should be taken off the planet.

I placed my order over the Internet, after not being able to get a call back for three days.My order was confirmed correctly via internet.

However, they shipped the wrong product!

I have tried, unsuccessfully, to get a response to my e-mails and phone calls, for four days now.

I really do not know what to do at this point!

Rip Off

This place is a rip off. Every number I dialed, no one answered. I got a recording on one, but every extension I selected, I would get, sorry there is no one available to take your call, including the operator. This at any time of day during their supposedly business hrs. We all need to start a class action suit against this company.

I purchased Brazillian Remy Hair on 5/14/2015 and I cancelled the order the morning of 5/15/2015. Two weeks later I received the product that I cancelled on 5/15/2015. I contacted Eena in customer service on 6/4/2015 becuase I just returned from vacation. I shipped the box back to House of Beauty on 6/11/2015 via USPS (tracking number purposes) and I have not received my refund of $123.16 plus $13.30 in return shipping fees for a product I canceled shipment on.

Please do not shop using the house of beauty website. This company has terrible customer service. My product that I ordered on 8-20-15 was charged to my visa card the same day. It is now 9-01-15 I still don't have my order. I called customer service multiple times. I finally got someone on the phone and they told me they don't know what happened no explanation and said it was shipped out on 8-31-15 and that I would receive an email with my shipping information that evening. I got nothing on that evening or the following day regarding my order.
