On January 10th I ordered mask from Hope healthy supply for $36.56 after they took the money off of my gift card they ripped me off they did not send me a tracking number they did not send me a confirmation email all they did was ignore me they have yet to do anything they have yet to respond to anything I have called vanilla gift card and had them cancel it and send me a new one I pray that this company or vanilla gift card can put the $36.56 back on my cards because that's what I got for Christmas there are rip off hope at healthysupply.com is a rip off.
I found their product to be inferior and not at all safe or comfortable. A month ago I asked for a refund. They said due to the covid they were behind in attending to refunds. Today I finally talked to a real person and she said they do not refund on facemasks. So I am stuck with a couple of dozen facemasks that do not fit and are of very low quality.
