About 4 weeks ago we went to a mortgage broker to get a small loan for our new purchase (Condo) We gave detailed paper work that was needed to apply and according to our mortgage broker were approved by Home Trust. Home Trust made us sign a million documents and kept asking us almost everyday for more and more paper work we gave them what they wanted on the day of closing they never transferred the funds to our lawyer and a loan officer Kam Singh kept asking for stupid things our closing was delayed to the next day and we were assured and promised by the mortgage broker the loan money would be there the next day well Kam Singh the worst loan office at home trust made us wait and wait till the end again
coming up with the dumbest excuses and in the end we were told mortgage was not approved they put us thru stress anxiety and lead us on till the end! Fortunate that we did have a back up plan for private funds but just imagine if we did not we would have lost our sale! For those of you out there I strongly recommend that you do not use home trust for a mortgage they are evil greedy heartless sharks specially loan officers with no morals Kam Singh should be fired as she has no morals and no clue in judgment of character. I seriously hope that more people speak on there experience with home trust there name should be heartless trust as they hire people like kam Singh a loan officer who is ignorant and pathetic I could say more about her but unfortunately no words can describe how horrible she is and how horribly we were treated by her
