This home health agency is under new ownership and name. This is the third time it has been sold to another agency, but the previous owner Geoffrey Jimenez of GJ Group of Companies and Astramed Health as their payroll source neglected to pay their staff last month of check when it was sold off end of May. Not sure how the company is still in business especially in the health industry because they've violated so many laws. The company has money, but yet payroll was always late, sometimes a month late. There are still staff and nurses waiting to be paid by this agency and they've been reported many times to the Department of Labor. Hopefully, IRS won't be so good to them as well!
