I ordered a selfie drone at this website named hobbies-unleashed.com.
They advertise on Facebook and have a page with a large number of followers.
After I had provided my credit card number they charged it and sent me an email that my order was confirmed. However, they never sent me the shipping confirmation and tracking number. I have emailed and messaged them dozens of times. I even tried to call them. There is no response. Nobody picks up the phone.
On taking a closer look, I discovered that they have devised a system of deleting unfavorable comments and preventing "feeling angry" icons from appearing on their posts and adverts. The unfavorable comments never get published on their website too, although you get the message "your comment has been published/" Hence, I realize these guys were professional fraudsters and scammers.
I am writing this report to save others from these criminals. I am also reporting them to the relevant authorities in the US and Canada. It's because they have an Oregon address on their Facebook and a Vancouver address on their website. The website is registered in Canada.
