I ordered patches and wanted a sample before have a large order. The sample was never sent. I spoke with Joan Carlos over the phone who gave me her word twice, her personal garentee that the would show up on time but they didn't. Call. No answer. I am currently in contact with a lawyer to sue this place. Cant believe they are still in business. After further investigation they have so many complaints against them! Who's in charge of getting the businesses shut down?! Should've went with a reputable company in the first place. I'd admit their prices were very eye catching. If you see a company with high prices it usually means they are good. Just pay the money and save the headache. Bad service will never recommend to anyone.

If you call, no one ever picks up. If you leave a voice mail, no one ever gets back. You never get connected to an actual operator on Live Chat. And emails go unanswered.
By the way, their address is a fake address. I ordered 2 sets of patches, they charged us $236.00, and have received nothing so far! I will not order with them again. They are a true headache to deal with.

I was told a price and was sent a sampler , they told me needed a 100$ deposit to create sampler and if i didnt like it would be 100% refundable, so i received their patch and i decided to change something and reorder all of the patches i needed, they told me a completly diferent price, i asked him to work on price said i couldnt then told him wanted refund and he was going back and foward and hang up now been trying to contact them for 3 weeks and no answer i have called, email and left messages over 20 times
