Don't do it!!

Paid for Microsoft Office. I received download instructions that do not work. Asked for help...no response! Asked for a call....no response! Asked for a refund...again, no response.

Offered Microsoft Office and deducted money from my account but never sent instructions on how to download. I also never got anything in the mail. Been a month now. I emailed and they said they sent me instructions, but they did not. Waste of money

I purchased the Microsoft Office 365 from this site, the reviews on the site falsely states it's easy to download, and how great they are. After purchasing the software, this man send you an email with instructions to downoad, the email is signed by just the first name of the person and no company name or phone number. I followed the instructions and found that I have to use their account to utilize outlook, and all the apps that come with this software package.

I cannot create my own account, cannot change profile, they are the admin for the product you purchased and my outlook email is THEIR EMAIL address they provide you with. You cannot change the name of the account, so when sending emails it's a random name they created for you. This is not what I want! Stay away from this site, use a few more dollars and get a ligit product.

Helpfuldownloads.com You have a report already. I just wanted to add to it. When I signed up to get microsoft office from this link, I thought I was on the ms website and buying from them. I had no idea it was not the official website. They are misleading the public. This was a 39.+ purchase. I want to get my money back.

I have since downloaded office from the official ms website. Someone had commented to the last post that they could have avoided the issue, if they would have bought through ms but I wanted to share that one thinks they are on the ms website when they buy it. mislead me to believe I was purchasing msoffice when I entered their website it brought me straight to this site unknown

No customer service through emails or phone calls. They have been in business less than 2 years. They have 40 complaints filed against, according the BBB. That's more than 1.5 complaints a month. About 99% of the complaints are like mine, accusing them of fraud.

Email I sent to helpful downloads;

I had asked you to cancel my order, I do not use Microsoft 365, don't know anything about it, it was a mistake. I tried calling your customer service number at, 833-702-1570. First day I called around noon time on March 31st, recording said all reps were busy. On No call back. On April 1st I called 5 minutes after your office opened up, again all reps were busy, no call back

One other reason why I thought they were legitimate was because the site said if I needed help to contact by email or phone. My opinion, more fraud.

I bought on January 8, 2021 what I thought was genuine Microsoft software but I was duped. Ever few months I have to go back to them to get a new user name/password. Despite their instructions saying I can create my own I am not able. When I open programs, the software is under the name "Qin Xiao Huai" and was linked to Seattle University. Suspiciously, I was able to access all programs EXCEPT MS Outlook which was probably in use by the student sharing their campus software account.

What's worse is that I reported this to MS and they didn't do anything.
