Contacted the company and was refunded only one charge for 19.95. Was told there would be no further charges and was charged another 79.95 the next month.When contacted second time company representative stated I had given consent during prior request to stop receiving automatic withdrawal from my account. I think at this point I have been charged for 3 withdrawal of 79.95 as well as the original payment for items that I did not request,and didn't receive.

I ordered a trial bottle of hemp oil didn't like it and certainly don't want any more now they are trying to charge my creditcard $79.95 a month and I never agreed to that. Luckily my bank caught it as FRADULENT. I am so unhappy about this. I have been scammed and will never do business with healthnet light ever again

This company keeps sending this product to me and charging my account 79.95 every month i tried to return the second package that i got to the address tha it was sent from with a letter explaining that i wanted them to stop sending me the product. it was returned to me with the explination that they could not deliver it because their was no such address. i have not been able to find a phone number or correct address to return the product to. and i cant get it stoped . i have to close my account at the bank and open a new one so they cant access my account anymore. this sucks lbecause now i have to get ahold of all the legit business's that i have set up for direct withdrawl for various accounts and give them my new information. caution dont ever order anything on the internet for a trial basis because without informing you that they will send it to you every month for twice the cost of the trial.

My Medicare Advantage insurance thru Health Net, canceled me for late payment AFTER I had called and let them know it was gonna be late, and was told that it was OK. I was canceled anyway, and upon calling was told that's just how it is. They were very nice on the my first call and very RUDE on the 2nd call. I found an old letter from them stating they would cover one of my meds, prior authorization, from 2015. But they haven't been, I've been paying for it. Luckily I have used discount cards (some I had to buy) due to this med is pretty expensive. There have been several months of each year that I DID NOT get it filled cuz I couldn't afford it. So I just went without it. When I contacted the company, HEALTH NET, I was transferred to several different people. The final person (who already knew the situation before speaking with me) stated it was covered, and had been covered the entire time. When I would get it filled, the pharmacy would always tell me it was NOT covered by my insurance, and did I still want it. HEALTH NET says it was covered, they don't know why I was told it wasn't, and if I went without it THAT WAS MY FAULT! Said I should contact my pharmacy and ask them why I was told differently. The final person I spoke to was VERY RUDE AND UNCARING. He offered no assistance at all. I wouldn't have been told, monthly, by the pharmacy that it was not covered when it was. The pharmacy "ran it" every time before filling, and every time I was told the same thing!! I'm disabled and on Medicare. But I'm not stupid!

I had a problem with lakeside medical and I called healthnet to tell them about the problem the did not care at all. I also call lakeside medical group and spoke to jody assiant. to ask for jody boss who she reported to they would not give the name . So I called around and finally got her boss name and called to let jim brown know what is going on with the medical groups. People beware before you go to lakeside medical.
