Thought I signed up for health insurance I was told by the agent named George that dr.s visits would be $30 perscriptions $10 so I signed up they recorded me saying I understood and agreed to their terms went to the doctor twice. 6 months later I received a bill for over 700.00 because it's short term insurance and NOTHING is covered as they lied to me I went to the Better business Bureau website and found that so many people were complaining that an alert was posted and a name of a women Alicia Heaney is provided with a phone # she doesn't return your call!!! I did get through to a Theresa Mills who supposedly is a manager and pretends to be shocked and concerned then calls back and says she has a recoding of me agreeing to sign up and since I already canceled services she simply cannot help me. Natural no recording of the man telling all about the wonderful coverage was mentioned. I paid over 300.00 a month for insurance that didn't exist to get a 700.00 bill that I still have to pay...please stay away from these scam artists

I purchased by my bank debit card this "Policy" thru a "Broker" on the telephone. stated A-rated Company. PPO First Health Company. aked questions about doctors coverage and prescription coverages. All sounded Like JUST what i needed....Right? They also stated they required a one time Enrollment fee of $125.00. Gave them(MY First Mistake) the names of Doctors i needed provider coverage for.. Stated ALL were Covered with This Plan. Guanteed to "Look Free" for 30 days and and you'll get your Money Back Guaranteed if not Satisfied...Bunch of Bunk.

called Next Business day to Customer Service and got transferred to at least 15 different people before being told i needed a CASE MANAGER. So Evette was who i talked to last... She stated under Terms and Conditions they Could not Refund. I hadnt even Gotten the Paper packed thru the Mail to READ the Terms and Conditions...they had ALREADY Debited the Money from my account. I froze my bank account and am waiting for NEW Cards. They HAVE ALL MY Personal Information. i dont KNOW what kind of Fraud MAY be perpetrated on me in the future now. That is Really Scary...They were VERY convincing...I have a total of 15 different phone numbers for them...the Main one being 954-606-9070.

Their MONEY BACK Guarentee is WORTHLESS....SCAMMERS SCAMMERS SCAMMERS. Called Illinois Department of Insurance. waiting for an affadavitt to arive to file a Formal Complaint. If a Lawyer could help, i wouid appreciate but cant pay much as they took over half my Monthly income... oh and Found out Too late this was a Limited Benefit Policy thru Aetna AXS Network. Please others DONT Do what i DID. Check these Scammers OUT Before you allow them to get ANY money from you...ANY kind ofTrust is hard to get back when its LOST like THIS.

Preying on the needy

Class action lawsuit. They mislead us.

There should be a class action lawsuit

I honestly don't know where to start, but if you have the time, start by calling a lawyer. I'd like to see at least 1% of what I paid these shitwads back. I'd be ashamed to work here and honestly in a perfect world the CEO/employees would give every penny back to policyholders. I might try shorting the stock.

we were lied to by the representative and told it was insurance and its not an insurance. they didnt send paperwork until after 10-day trial period and when we got and read paperwork its not insurance and they ripped me off for 315 dollars and said didnt want to give us a refund because the trial period was over. do not pay them any money and/or give them your acct info they take payments out that are not authorized> .

do not give health insurance innovations any money or account info. it is not insurance and noone accepts it. they lied and misrepresented themselves to take 315 dollars over half my disability check. dont wanna give a refund because it was past the 10 day trial period. they didnt send paperwork until after 10 day trial period was over. they also take money out of your account without authorization.

YOU ARE RIGHT, BIG TIME SCAMMERS!

BIG TIME SCAMMERS! They called my wife on the phone right after signing up for quote requests at obamacare website. This guy had a real bad attitude which made me wonder why he is a sales rep, and then he lied about the plan saying it covered her pre-existing condition from my back surgeries. I have learned we all need to do research before picking out an insurance company. BTW... on the sheets they emailed, this isn't even insurance... it's only gap coverage according to paperwork. We discovered this was a scam after she got a call from an insurance broker... he was real nice and said he was glad she got coverage & asked who we chose... When she told him HII (Health Insurance Innovations), he asked if she had pre-existing conditions and did she know that they were not covered... That was the RED FLAG... I immediately called for a refund and hope it goes through... Funny that can take the money out of your bank account within minutes, but it will take about 3 days to refund... STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE, AND DO RESEARCH FIRST!

Still At It

They phoned me today with the same great opportunity BUT now included a $125.00 processing fee plus first month's payment. When questioned, my helpful caller said he MIGHT be able to get that down to only $50.00. Also said there were only 2 individual policies for my state left and they could be sold by anyone in his office now that he'd found them, so it was important I act NOW!

Thanks for your posts! If it sounds to good to be true........

On December 30th, I decided to get Health Insurance. I received a call from Health Insurance Innovations. They gave me a good deal for me and my wife.Of course like a dummy, I gave these clowns my debit card number. So I was charged 370 dollars for the intial enrollment payment. The name of the salesperson that set up my account was named Reggie Hyainth. His phone number is (443) 219-3785 ext. 316. He was actually pretty good at his job customer service wise. So on the same day after confering with my wife, I decided to cancel. I was transferred to someone who isn't suited to talk to anyone on the phone. His name is Jason and his number is (443) 957-4722. The gall of this guy talking to people with an attitude when it involves your freaking money is mind blowing. He told me everything was pending and for me to call the next day. I called him the next day and he informed me that the account was cancelled and I should be receiving my refund in 2 to 5 day. Well obviouly that did not come into fruition considering that I am writing about these con artists. So the last few days of calling and getting no feedback, I am putting these people on front street. Don't ever sign up these clowns. Save yourself the trouble. Stay away from Health Insurance Innovations.

I need it a Heath insurence that would be a preferred program (PPO) , I got a great quote from Insurence Innovations and a lots of coverage promises and when I call a doctor office I've been told that I wasn't covered. I've been lied to from this insurence company and they actually came back and charged my credit card without any permission or authorization from me several times even after has been disputed.

I purchase health insurance from this company after being assured by the company's representative that the insurance would be taken by my doctor and my son's doctor and their prescription coverage would be taken at my pharmacy. Therefore, I purchased a family policy for my son, husband and myself. Unfortunately, the coverage is not taken by any of our doctors nor is it taken at our pharmacy or any other local pharmacy.

I was mislead and accepted their offer because I wanted my family to be covered. My husband had recently lost his job, and we were unable to afford the COBRA payment on our former policy, an extremely good one with a major provider. While I am generally very cautious when doing business, I was desperate to make sure my family was secure and must have let that become apparent in my conversation with the customer service representative.

One major thing should have gotten my attention: I was discouraged from asking questions. After a long telephone conversation with one CSR, I was told that before I could be covered, I needed to be transfered to another representative who would read and record a long legal disclaimer whose terms I needed to accept. She informed me that I should reserve any questions I had until the end because if I did ask questions about the terms I was accepting, the 2nd CSR would have to start reading the disclaimer again. The terms I was recorded agreeing to were different from what the first CSR had told me, so following the extended legal litany, I asked questions. I never felt satisfied with his answers, but after over an hour on the telephone, I just wanted to end the conversation.

The afore-mentioned business practice is indicative of a rip-off. In my estimation, that is all I got for my money from Health Insurance Innovations.

Health Insurance Innovations hiiquote.com This company finally sent me a benefits package Aug 23, 2018. Tell me this is the insurance coverage I was paying for. This package included different cards for a discount program and accident coverage with a discount insurance plan. This is in no way what we have been paying for. We have aflac why would we ever of asked for the accident coverage. They also sent us NCE Gapafford Plus Discount Plan and American Financial Security Life Issuance Indemnity insurance. None of these where ever anything we wanted nor where quoted for. The quote and money paid was for the health insurance we enrolled for. Our Rep went into details on the coverage options, dr's in network and our medications to confirm the insurance was affordable and COVERED. This company has lied to me over the phone and either ignore the medical bills or state they are pre existing. I need all my medical bills covered as promised. The quote and coverage we obtained include: 6 Free in network dr's visits (our doctor is in network). $50. Emergency deductible and $4 dollar prescription. This package they sent me is a joke. We would have never signed up for this insurance package. We have now requested they stop taking money out of our account. The amount we where paying monthly was $518. Since I have raising a stink they only took out $390 in Sept and sent me an inferior package. It has to be a SCAM and I would like a full refund and my bills now covered as promised. Tampa Flordia

Run from this company. My credit is about to be distroyed and they lied to me. They should never be offered by the Heathcare.gov. SCAM

I signed up (family) over the phone for only one month, as I was starting a new job with insurance after that. From the very beginning I made clear that I wanted insurance for just one month. They explained that the "insurance" I was signing up for was not actually "medical insurance" as defined by the affordable care act, but it allegedly covered a number of medical expenses, and they assured me that such (whatever?) insurance was legal, common and easy to enroll in. They were quite helpful explaining how to sign everything up, including walking through forms and checkboxes (I felt a little pressure, but not enough to back out). My credit card was billed and we were "covered" (never actually tried to use the insurance, so have no idea how that might go?).

A few months after I assumed the temporary insurance story was behind me, I noticed my credit card had been charged for two months after the first month period ended. I called to remedy things but was told that I had signed something indicating autopay was OK and that I needed to explicitly cancel in order to stop being billed. I explained the original story (i.e. how I signed up for one month), and that I had other (real) insurance and had never filed any claims. The final sham was that one must cancel within seven days of credit card billing in order to possibly get a refund. Needless to say I was too late and my $2200 was gone.

Basically READ THE FINE PRINT AND PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR BANK / CREDIT CARD DEBTS, else these guys may siphon off your cash too.

I spoke with a Jonathan Bercowicz and was told him that i needed prescription coverage plan. He explained that he could do a medical, Dental, Vision plan for a 1 time fee 330 and monthly payment plan 214 monthly and i would have 10 days to cancel if it didnt work with me. I ask him he send me some information if he was appart of Heath Insurance Innovations and he told me he wasnt apart of them it was a different company. I sould known it was a scam here but he told me i had 10 day to cancel. I went ahead and purchased the policy and right after i got off the phone with Jonathan i called my pharmacy to ensure the plan i bought was covered at the pharmacy i was assured it was covered at time by Jonathan. My pharmacist said that i didnt purchase insurance that it was some kinda discount card and it didnt cover anything. I ask him if he had ever heard of this company that Jonathan had told me had a A+ with the BBB. ( It was a home Innovation company not this rip off had the A+). I called Jonathan back the next morning hoping to get clarification of what happen so we together on 3way called the pharmacy and spoke together with the Pharmacist. He explained to onathan exactly what he told me that what he sold me wasnt covered and the pricing was different. I explained to Jonathan that since the stuff he sold me wasnt going to help me i would like to cancel the Policy. He beggain trying to sell me lesser policy and i told him that remember the reason i needed this was coverage of my prescription medicine and then when i wouldnt take the other policy, he begain telling me that i couldnt cancel my policy and that i couldnt get my money back. I explained to him that he told me i had 10 days to cancel and i wanted my money back.

I todate havent recieved my money and get the run around with thiese people when i call them about my policy ending and returning my money. I got a email telling me my money was put back on my card but 5 days later i still never recieved any of my money back i gave them. I begain looking into this comapny and founf that they are a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT AGAINST THESE FRAUD and they were denied a licence to do buisness in FLORIDA Aug. 2017! THESE PEOPLE ARE A BIG RIP-OFF AND DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THEM. IF MY MONEY GETS RETURNED LIKE I WAS TOLD I WILL RETURN HERE AND TAKE THIS OFF AND APPOLIGIZE, BUT UNTIL THEN IT WILL STAY HOPING TO SAVE SOMEONE ELSE!

I would like to report this company ( Health Insurance Innovations ) as a ripoff, because they told me that the coverage would be higher than it actually is.

The company personnal stated that I would have 100% hospitalization and doctor visits coverage. However, for a $500.00 premium per mouth, I only will receive a $100.00 doctor visit coverage for a maximum of six visits a year and a $250.00 hospitalization coverage for a maximum of five times a year.

I ever received a policy for my coverage.

This insurance was purchured on August 9, 2017.

I am 62 year's old and was harrassed by my former employer MDCPS to retire. As a consequence of the early retirement I lost my health coverage . A well spoken , self-described Licensed Insurance agent contacted me by phone following my online research on the various Health Insurance plans available in Florida. She asked me some specific informations about me and my health needs before offering me a plan with no deductibles , no annual max. cap. she also mentionned no medical underwriting . She added the plan would cover hospital, doctors visits and prescription drugs but with some coverage restrictions such as maternity, substance abuse and mental health coverage. She gave me her "private" phone number to call her any time : 1-800-594-4046. She was savvy and quite friendly and seemingly empathetic and convinced me to sign in right away during our phone exchange for a first monthy charge of $348.57 so as not to lose health coverage. She directed me to an online site to get all infos until I receive all complementary informations by mail. Unfortunately when I called the hospitals and some doctors on their list most did not accept the insurance names provided by Health Insurance Innovations . I called the customer service number I found on line and was shocked by the hostile and rude manners their phone employees displayed and their refusal to honor my request for cancellation only three days after I had signed up . They finally did accept to credit my acct of the same amount they charged me. I did not trust the promise so I went to my bank to file a claim and cancel my account linked credit/debit card.

Unfortunately my bank claim has not been successful and my account was debited of the $348.57 . If there is a class action law suit against the Company I would very much like to be part of it .

We have been paying $349.00 a month plus another $50 To Sure Med since May 2017 and can' get ahold of anyone on the phone for 4 days now to find out if we are covered for chiropractic care....Not even the billing agent at the Dr's. Office could reach them....Such crap We are SSI but not eligible for Medicare benefits yet

  • Sep 25, 2017

Received a phone call from someone selling health insurance. They quoted $99/month.Said everything would be covered, no out of pocket costs. When I was finally able to get my policy online, I saw that they had included other options which added another $100 to the bill. These had to be cancelled after 30 days or they would continue to bill me. Also while checking the policy I saw they only pay $25 for a wellness check @ $50 for an office visit. The payment option was to be charged to a credit card the first time, then able to pay with a check. Now they say they can't take checks! This business is an entire scam!

  • Aug 11, 2017

I called an 800# that was listed with BlueCross/BlueShield. My call was answered and I was told, 'I will transfer you to an agent. So they did, and someone began talking very fast told me someone with First Health would be on the line to talk with me. David??? came on the line and he talked faster than they first person.

They informed me they had the 'perfect' policy for me after asking a few questions. It sounded okay at first, then the further we went I was very confused. (I should have hung-up at that point.)

Shortly after that they gave me a premium price + an enrollment fee. The premium was decent with 0 deductible. I went through the process on the computer and did not have the time to read each page. I was told to 'sign' where indicated and go to the next page and 'sign' again. It was like "Bip-man, thank you mam. Whoever was on the other end of the conversation did not give me time to read what I was signing.

I worried about it all night and did not have the time to read all the papers early, but I did read what printed-off this evening and was startled at what I read - " This is not insurance" and I became ill at my stomach. It is a crime to let someone sell over the internet, pushing something that is not what was advertised - medical insurance. Then all the fees that are added on.

I have a job where we all work hard for our living. I totally resent someone taking advantage of me. I will be requesting a refund immediately.

Please don't fall for their story, it is fraud.

What a HUGE SCAM!!!!

Exact same story as all the previous reviews. I've been paying for medical, dental, and eye insurance; I have not had any financial help from any of my appointments. All of my doctors' offices have never heard of this insurance and have a very hard time contacting anyone. I cannot believe this is real.

  • Jul 22, 2017

Purchased health insurance that had an effective date of 12/01/2016. On 12/03/2017 and 12/08/2017 I went to my doctor's office for a checkup and followup. I received three bills later the next month stating that this insurance company was refusing to pay for any services. I called Health Insurance Innovations to inquire of these bills. They stated that they are not responsible for any medical coverage for at least the first week of coverage. To me that makes no sense. i purchased the entire month of December, but was not covered for the month of December. I realized I had been scammed. I am out hundreds of dollars with no real explanation.

This is fraud and needs a criminal investigation now.

I went to a website to get health insurance quotes. Almost instantly right after that i got a phone call from hii. The lady asked me all normal and expected questions about me such as age, preexisting health problems, etc... Then she gave me a quote which is very low for a ppo health insurance. She said she would sumarize my info to an application and send it to me to review together with the insurance policy including what it covers, deductables, co-pay each visit, etc... I got a total of 13 documents in an email from hii. After i went through those documents, i found they were not for a health insurance. Instead those are for other things such as life insurance, discount services, etc... I went to page and found many people reported similar experiences. I went to my bank website and found that they already made a charge to my account. I reported a dispute and got the money back. Lucky me. Please do not let them rip you off. They do not have health insurances to sell

After finding out that I was going to have to have surgery to remove my gallbladder, I decided to get health insurance. I received an email from Health Insurance Innovations, and called to get more information. After speaking with a representative and explaining my situation, I was told that I could get 100% coverage for 109.00 a month, so I did. When I received my insurance card I took it to my hospital so that they could start submitting the necessary information for my upcoming surgery. A few hours later I received a call from the hospital informing me that surgery services were not covered under my insurance. I called health insurance innovations, after being on hold for 45 minutes a representative answered. I explained to her that I was told I would have 100% coverage and my gallbladder surgery wouldn't cost me anything.

This company hires independent agents all over country contacting people looking for affordable health insurance. Some of these agents are licensed some are not. They get people believing they have bought health insurance. What they are really selling is a policy where they will try to get you a discount on any medical bills you have. You do not have any medical coverage like you think you are paying for.

SCAM AND FRAUD

Signed up for information on 11/5 about health insurance. I received a call from these people.I looked them up online and at first everything seemed okay and so I enrolled in health insurance. I did not know it was short term coverage. The person I spoke to was nice, friendly and informative. Little did I know she was playing me. Like an idiot, I gave her my bank information (debit card number). They took out the money ASAP including a $155 one time fee, bringing the total to $398. I did more research after hanging up with them and found out they were a scam. I quickly logged on to the website they gave me to have access to my insurance plans. I canceled all of my policies. I received emails saying that the cancellation was confirmed. I received three more emails on 11/7 saying that a refund would be given to my account and would take 7-10 days to appear. I also called them on 11/7 confirming that they received my cancellation and that I would be refunded. Well, I logged on to my bank account today (11/8) and there is a suspicious charge from a company I never heard of...I looked it up and it is located in NY at a company where you can pay to record your music demos (nowhere near me). I called my bank, canceled my debit card and now have to fill out fraud paper work in order to get my money back from an unauthorized purchase. Since I canceled my debit card, I am hoping this does not conflict with me getting my $398 back from these people...if I even get it back.

Scam

Hi can you post website they gave you?

  • Nov 4, 2016

Complete Scam!

My mother is 65 and was trying to find cheap medical insurance. My dad had gotten a number somehow from somebody he knows, and set up a policy through Health Insurance Innovations. That was on Sept.21 .. moving on, they asked for a start up fee of $53.00, said it would be an enrollment fee to start the process. October 14th she was charged $367.34 the guy who my father spoke to said it would be a one time payment. Right then I started having doubts. So the rest of the month goes by, and not one single letter or package with any info on her plan. She finally received two flimsy cards, we had called HII to make sure it was indeed the insurance cards and they said they were. On November 2nd my mother went to her doctor for a simple physical showed the cards and was immediately denied; they said they couldn't take them, because they've never heard of them. We've spent all morning calling people, first she called the company CIGNA who they claim to be working with and they said they've never even heard of them. Then we contacted her bank, and whoever this company/people are are still charging her $367.34 for nothing. The bank gave us a number which would tell us the routing number for who is withdrawing the amount. It came up as unidentifiable in there system, and the women told us that it wouldn't help to put a block on her bank card because they her account number so they immediately withdraw the amount every month. So now she has to completely cancel her entire account; and start over. These people have took over $800 from my mother with nothing to return for it. My father jumped on the first thing he found and she has to lay for it. ANY ONE WHO IS LOOKING FOR INSURANCE PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM HEALTH INSURANCE INNOVATIONS!!!!!THEY CHARGE YOU FOR NOTHING!!!!!!!! COMPLETE COMPLETE BULL!!!!!

Won't cancel policy & refund money

Dishonest company. My husband purchased health insurance from them on 9/26/16 and called to cancel it on 9/28/16. On 9/29/16 the rep, Reggie Hyacinth said it would be cancelled and the money they took out of our checking account would be put back in. It wasn't. He made numerous calls to no avail. Now, today, 11/3/16 they took another month's premium out of our checking account. He called them and asked to speak to a manager and when he asked the 'manager' numerous direct questions about their honesty the 'manager' said, " I cannot answer that". We have reported them to BBB, will report them to the insurance commissioner and are working with our bank to get the transactions cancelled.

Person who talked to us (Chris Peterson, the phone number he gave us to reach him is 800=533-5125 ext. 118) led us to believe we were obtaining medical/dental/vision insurance for my husband.

When on phone with Chris and asking him specific questions about deductibles and copays for Dr. visits etc. He had all the right answers to satisfy us.

I tried to contact Chris a couple of times after that, he had told me that was a direct extension to him, but he was supposedly never there and the person who answered the phone could assist me as they were customer service and had already pulled up all the information on the computer. I had questions about the amounts that were in the first email received because the didnt match with stuff I had written down, but they were able to explain that to me.

We got information on the dental the next day as we were able to come up with $49.95 right away as was put on a credit card.

The first email I received was from some place called principal advantage. on Oct 11.

This email stated that 281 was to be withdrawn from our bank account on the 23rd of Oct. which doesnt show on bank transactions yet (I realize that was just yesterday). I intend to call the bank right away in the morning and see if I can possibly get that stopped.

It also he stated dates insurance would be effective and when/what amount to be withdrawn. I could forward this email to you.

The next email we got was today telling a website we could go to, to check coverage and print documents.

These documents are for life insurance, accident insurance. Nothinng about health insurance which is what my husband needs coverage for. I can forward thiis to you also.

The email today stated it is from hiiquote.com. And now I think I may have accidently deleted it, but I did print it. The email state a copy of this letter was also sent to [email protected] et when I looked for a website, I could not find one.

We appreciate any assistance. Thank You.

After reading all these complaints about this company, I am shocked and I am not sure how to cancel my insurance with them. I just signed up on Oct 7, 2016.

On 6/10 I purchased insurance from this company . I was quoted major medical insurance . I have been fighting with this insurance company since the day I purchased this insurance. First the girl who sold it quoted it as major medical, full dental and vision. First she misspelled our last name. I called to correct it and they fixed my last name but removed my 2 children from the policy all together which I didn't find out about till yesterday 10/18. They refuse to pay any medical bills and decide what you should have done medically. Yesterday we went to the dentist and I need a procedure done and now they are saying it's not covered. They also refused to allow my son's to have a cleaning. I'm extremely angry.

I started shopping for insurance back in april of 2016 when I recieved a call from this insurance company. Now keep in mind I only did it because our current president forced me to get it because medicaid said i made to much money to be on medicaid. I was dealing blackjack making only 7.25 an hour + tips, which wasnt a lot most of the time. And they only paid attention to the gross pay. Not the taxes taken out from the tips which is 100%. I really didnt need the insurance but I didnt want to get screwed on my taxes for not having it. So up until last month I didnt use it. And when I decided to get myself checked out and select a doctor, I was getting rerouted back and forth to departments that were supposedly the "correct" departments to get this information. A few weeks later I found out that even the state doctors office that my girlfriend goes to has never even heard of this company. I feel screwed over about this and would like to know if I can get my money back. I mean what would have happened if I had to go to the emergency room and they said the same thing. I'd be slapped with a hospital bill of god knows how much. What can I do about this?

SCAMMING LIARS! STAY AWAY & RESEARCH 1ST

Health Insurance Innovations ARE LIARS!

We discovered this was a scam after she got a call from an insurance broker... he was real nice and said he was glad she got coverage & asked who we chose... When she told him HII, he asked if she had pre-existing conditions and did she know that they were not covered... That was the RED FLAG... I immediately called for a refund and hope it goes through... Funny that can take the money out of your bank account within minutes, but it will take about 3 days to refund... STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE, AND DO RESEARCH FIRST!

I was searching for health insurance policies and received a call from Health Insurance Innovations. They were very dishonest about the plan they were selling me. They said that my "pre-existing" conditions would be covered. They said that preventative care would be covered. They said that the government would accept my new policy as coverage.

All Lies! The policy is a temporary coverage policy that only covers you if you get sick with something new, or get into an accident.

Unfortunately, I DID get sick with something new....5 months of testing and specialists, trying to diagnose the problem. So far Allied National has not paid for ONE single visit...but they take my money every month.

They have sent me questionaires to fill out, asking for every doctor I've seen for the last 10 years. I have done everything they have asked.

On one claim, they lied and said that the doctor coded the visit as preventative and that is why it's not covered. I contacted the doctor's office and they sent me the actual reports, showing everything as "Diagnostic".

When I attempt to call the claims dept I sit on hold for an hour or more before I even get an answer.

The rep tells me that they are waiting for one more doctor's office (an urgent care walk in clinic) to send them my records so they can eliminate the concern of pre-existing conditions. I followed up and found out that the clinic was shut down, and I contacted the number for getting files from them. I received all of my files...two visits for sinus infections. I mailed them to Allied over a month ago. I am still receiving "pending" notifications and all of the medical offices are now sending me into collections.

On top of that, I remain "undiagnosed" as I have stopped going to more specialists for more testing.

I have signed up with a different insurance company and I am cancelling with this one...but I don't know what to do next to get my claims paid for?

I have paid all of my co-pays and deductibles.
