Haveda Store Reviews

On 09/11/19 I have placed an order on Haveda Store for a Next Yale lock that was listed for just under $200. At first I thought I found an unbelievable deal, after I placed an order I did some reading of their return policy and searched them online and have found a lot of complaints about this merchant.

Tried cancelling and ended up disputing this charge as I have not gotten ANY response from this scamming merchant to many emails I have sent and their phone number is not working either. Then a week later I received the lock, but it was shipped to me from Lowe's and NOT from the merchant I purchased it from.

I sent it back and continued with my dispute! The funny thing is, the merchant also sent me ant poisoning together with the lock. How original, I thought, must have been their "thank you" on me for disputing the payment.

Here is what I have found out through my experience and by digging into these scammers further. The merchant is a SCAMMER! Their store name HAVEDA STORE is now changed to TABINO STORE. Same address and same phone number, same products and prices, but different name.

I am sure this has something to do with their scams and customers posting their complaints online. The way I figured out the scam works is that these scammers will accept your order online, the only way to pay is via PayPal, where many people use their checking info for the transactions and not credit cards, which makes it harder to get your money back.

There is no way to pay for the merchandise via credit card directly though their store. After the order is placed, the scammer placed an order for the merchandise you want with a legitimate store, such as Lowe's in my case, and you receive a package to your home with the product that you have not really ordered, at least not from the store you get it shipped from.

You then return the product (which oftentimes cost way more than what you have paid the scammers for) back to the store the package was shipped from and the scammer gets the $ amount they paid for the product returned back to them from the legitimate store.

Then you are left trying to explain to your credit card company (as I have been doing) why the merchandise was first of costing way more than what the scammer was paid for and tell you that they can’t do anything because the merchandise didn't come from the store you actually purchased it from and you sent it back not to the store you ordered the product from.

All of this places you at the risk of possibly having to still pay them the original purchase amount. AND THAT MY FRIENDS IS HOW THESE ASSHOLES GET RICH BY SCAMMING HARDWORKING PEOPLE! BEWARE!

On July 2, I purchased a vacuum from Haveda Store online for $179. They charged my credit card but as of today (7-26) I have not received it, and they have avoided my efforts to contact them about it.

They have not responded to various attempts. I've sent emails, messaged them from their website and tried calling (the line is busy 24/7!). I want a refund of the $179 they took from my credit card.
