Steve Hamre will sell his clients out and do a back room deal with his friends and real estate partners that flip properties or simply buys the house as a rental property. He gives them the final bids on the price so they can bid just a little higher, but nothing more or even hides some of the higher bids from his clients in order to help his friends get the house at a lower price while getting a kick back from the buyer.
I've since helped my in-laws sell their home by using a totally different real estate agent without any issues or doubts on the final price. I've done the same with some of my friends, family members and colleagues in order to keep them away from "Swindling Steve Hamre" and I have them deal with an honest and reputable real estate agent.
Steve Hamre seemed more obsessed with us writting him a great review for his website than actually selling our house for a better price. He was more preoccupied with getting a recommendation from us to use on his website in order to make him look good, than what we wanted.
If you had a bad gut feeling dealing with Steve Hamre's creepy smile and weird look, it's not you, it's definitely him and stick to your gut feeling and get away.
