He gets out of a van with a price list of covid 19 protective gear and gives it to any unspecting street vendor. He says he is a dentist with a suplus of n95 masks and wants to sell a large quanity fast. The masks that he sells are counterfeit n95 as well as the hand sanitizer and other protective face masks. When the customer finds out that they have been decieved, mahmoud will send threightning texts claiming to be someone else.
