I traded my 2010 Honda Civic in March 2016. I've tried calling Gwinnett Mitsubishi several times even sending email on their website, no one ever got back to me. On April 14,2016 I contacted the warranty company National Auto Care, I representative emailed the cancellation form to me. I completed the form and faxed it back. When I first submitted the cancellation request I put the wrong mileage. I was working with Brendan O’Connell the Cancellations Specialist. The refund check was already mailed to Gwinnett Mitsubishi so he told me he would contact them and he will reissue the check. It took over six weeks for someone to respond and get in contact with Brendan. I emailed my bill of sale with the correct milage at the time of the trade along with my paid in full letter to Brendan to process the correct refund. National Auto Care mailed the refund check to Gwinnett Mitsubishi about two months ago. This have been going on since April 14,2016 it is now July 25,2016. I've called Gwinnett Mitsubishi several times with no answer and no return calls. On July 11,2016 I spoke with Arabia from Gwinnett Mitsubishi told me they do have my refund check, I asked her why were they holding on to my check and the warranty was canceled since April. She told me to email my address and the paid in full letter to:[email protected] While I was on the phone with her she told me she received it. She also told me about a fee for canceling. I told her that is not acceptable and there should not be a fee taken from my refund for all the issues I've been dealing with trying to get my refund. She told me she would have to speak with her manger and get back to me. I called her a few days after that and she told me she still haven't spoken with her manager. I've tried calling her several times after that and was never able to reach anyone at the dealership. This dealership takes people's refund and hope they will forget about it. All I want I my refund and a fee should not be taken out of it. I sent an email to the dealership today July 25, 2016 stating I am going to file a complaint with BBB and within two hours I received an email that the refund check was ready. When I went to pick up my check st the dealership the amount of the check is incorrect, the check was printed with today's date and the check had my old mailing address. When I spoke to Rabia on July 11th I emailed her my new mailing address and she told me it was received. I also told her that I should not have to pay a fee for the cancellation due to the dealership's inconvenience. I have been trying to get my refund from this company since April. I have all the email showing myself and National Auto Care trying to get in contact with them. This dealership is a rip off and it's not fair to consumers that we have to go through this to get something that belongs to us. The normal process for a customer to receive a refund for a product is up to thirty days. I've been going this process back and fourth for over three months. I would just like this to be resolved so I don't ever have to do business with Gwinnett Mitsubishi or any of their affiliated dealerships.
