To Whom this may Concern, I have a Timeline of Events that is True and can be verified at the Fifth District Courts In St.George UT., Im pleading for help....... CASE #160500240 NO EVIDENCE, when opened By Attorney Jared Brande and Petitioner, stating Death Threats from Defendant, that lives 2300 miles from St.George UT., no phone records, no emails, to show for "Burden of Proof" provided to enforce the fraudulent case, I was embarrassed and shamed when the Sheriff In my two light town, came In his public vehicle to hand deliver a Stalking Injunction on April 27 2016 Petitioner had the audacity to call my/our son a few days before I was to appear on July 8th 2016, mentioned in the call that the Attorney said If I was to come to St.George with the PPO In effect, I would be arrested, causing fear and Intimidation for my son and I to ensure that I wouldn't appear In Court....On July 7th 2016 Attorney Jared Brande knew the rules that I was In default by not appearing~ Mislead and manipulated Judge Paul Dame, Lying that he had over 10 written exhibits and his Client was victimized and suffering through the ordeal and because of the expense, wanted to wrap up the case that day.......I was pleading and mentioning several times Expense considered over Innocence?! Case # 171500022 was another fraudulent case opened with a 3rd party email that Attorney Jared Brande and Petitioner copied and pasted to another letter not disclosed. ( ON FILE ) ( Arrest warrant Issued ) ( ON FILE ) Case # 171500427 Jan 13 2017 AND Case # 171500428 Jan 30 2017 Online Court assisted Documents sent to Petitioner Feb. 28 2017 I had a Court hearing for my arrest warrant at that time, Petitioner and Family showed up on that day, and my son was there to support my emotional duress that I was feeling about the hearing, In fear that I would be arrested that day....We both were relieved when Honorable Judge Eric Ludlow on that day assigned Public Defender Ryan Stout, my son and I walked out of the court room arrest free...a huge burden released from both of Us. March 2017 Petitioner put his house up for sale In St.George UT. March and April I called Public Defender Mr.Stout In concerns for my cases....not much Information exchanged and I always had a continuance. OPC. File No. 16-0719~ On April 5 2017, I Filed a Complaint about Attorney Jared Brande, Deputy Senior Counsel, Todd Wahlquist sent a Response that "My repeated attempts to communicate with the Office of Professional Conduct ("OPC") regarding the matter cannot be addressed any further. Thus, the OPC will neither accept nor respond to any further correspondence or communications related to OPC File No. 16-0719"
May 2017 Public Defender Mr. Ryan Stout called and we talked about a plea deal offer from the Prosecuting Attorney, they were to offer a 2 year probation, $750.00 fine and a mental evaluation, I told Mr. Stout that I'm innocent, "I'll never take the plea deal"...I mentioned to Mr. Ryan Stout, I was thinking of moving back to St.George and fight the case In person! July 10th 2017 Court hearing with Honorable Judge Eric Ludlow for three fraudulent cases~ were dismissed because ("Victim") was living out of State! (ON FILE) My travel to St. George was wrought with Anxiety, and extreme fear that I was going to be arrested on that day.... Since July 2017~ Attorney Jared Brande and Petitioner have been blocking my every motion on Rule 60 B 3, so much as...requesting Judge G. Michael Westfall, when at that time Attorney Jared Brande was practicing law in a Law Firm that was founded by the Judge ( Gallian, Welker & Beckstrom) Dec. 22 2017 Judge Michael Westfall denied my Motion to Set aside Judgment Rule 60 B (3) I requested that Judge Westfall to be Recused from Case #160500240 In Jan. 2018 ( Judge Recused on Jan 10 2018) Jan 22 2018 I filed Motion TO SET ASIDE JUDGMENT PURSUANT TO URCP 60 (B) (3) Honorable Judge Matthew Bell Denied Petitioners request for Attorney Jared Brande's Fee's and Court Cost, and I was denied my Motion to set aside Judgment for Case #160500240 on Feb. 1 2018 Feb 14 2018 Attorney Jared Brande requested Judge G. Brinkerhoff on May 1 2018 ( Email ) April 3 2018 I sent a form to Fifth District Courts In St.George UT., 78 B-2-305 (3) Fraud Upon the Courts I was told It was not being processed because It was filed incorrectly...( INCORRECTLY?) Attorney Jared Brande and Petitioner, Committed FRAUD and PERJURY!
