Do not trust this Chinese inflatable manufacture. They are fraudulent and deceitful. Their workmanship is a joke and they refuse to take any responsibility for mistakes. This is poor workmanship, the worst we have ever seen. They will not honor returns of any sort or admit any wrong doing even after showing them pictures of damaged material delivered to us. They asked us to pay for all shipping expenses after we proved the unit was damaged on arival. This was the second problem we had with them initially they built a product that was so bad they actually sent us pictures of it thinking we would approve it. The second time unfortunately we could not see all the damaged areas because the pictures were misleading and disgraceful they should be ashamed of themselves. We are taking legal action against them and hope no one else ever makes the mistake of dealing with these guys.
Here in Canada we do not do business like this. We must always try our best to make things right so that customers are not one time buyers. These guys avery unprofesional and we feel that they have ripped us off and given us something that we are even to embaressed to rent out to the public.
Do not buy products from them ever.
