They state that I did not have control of my dogs at all times. And that my dogs were not on leash. My dogs were on leash and only one time did 1 dog get loose to go fetch my friends dog. They state my animals were left in vehicle all night barking with no supervision. That's a lie. We took dogs for evening walk, i put mine in my van and went inside to get my things i left in apartment and came back out immediately. At no time did my animals attack or hurt another persons dogs.
I was told my dogs are no longer welcome on the property, and cannot be left barking in my vehicle. I own a self contained vehicle that they would be fine if i did leave them alone for awhile.
All of this happened on the evening of the 13th of May, yesterday 15th of may i was at the doctors getting an MRI and I could hear howling and dogs screaming and barking coming from said appartments.
Sounds to me like everyone's animals have an issue with barking and making noise.
The manager said I can come back onto the property, but will not give me the notice in writing which should be done. and is convieniently sick today May 16, 2018
I was verbally assulted by one of the residents this apartment complex has issues.
