They hold your hard earned money for no reason, complete rip off company. i processed a few payments for a client who had a 3 days event and groovv held part of the money and required so many documents which i provied and still 6 days after i sent them the documents they still held my funds and said they were investigating. like really? i work hard for you to hold my funds? thats the reason i own a business in the first place, to be able to make money when i want to and not have somebody on the other side of the phone hold my funds and promise to call and never did 5 days in a roll. groovv you can keep the 100 doallars i spent to buy your terminal that dont even print recipts.

Worst Merchant Service Ever! We have used a few over 20 years and always trusted them. THis company did a cold call and and my husband spoke with them...as he wanted a cheaper way to process payments on his phone. They sent their free machine to our store with no instuctions for the machine that sat for over a year. Finally in May 2016 my son who runs our store activated the machine. I called to find out about the company and how we obtain our statements. They told me to go onine. I found they had being charging us (stealing from us) since Feb 2015 $72.85 a month and than $92.00 in just garbage fees when the machine was not activated! Also took another 99.00? How dare they think they can steal from your account for unauthorized fees which totaled over $1,100. Finally spoke to them yesterday and the rep was extremely rude saying they don't give refunds but would cancel our account.

(Ha than she asked us to send the machine back) RIGHT! So we used them for a total 1 1/2 months and paid over a $1,100 while the machine wasn't even activated. I just wish we knew what they were up to before we activated, makes me sick we gave them any money for actual processing. Back to Elavon who only charges 20.00 a monthif your not using a activated machine! Just remember a merchant is paying over 10% with all the garbage fees they take on top of processing fees!

Will lie about their products capabilities just to get you to sign up and then charges you cancellation fee of $300 all because they misrepresent their product to hook you into the 0 trial day contract because they know their POS system is garbage.

This company will lie to you and say they will wave all monthly fees and no hidden charges and no credit checks to get you in!

They have charged my account duplicat charges and monthly fees totaling 400.00 dollars for the 1st month!

They also did several credit checks on my personal credit. This company is pure Evil!

After I had hundreds taken from me I found out im not the only one! This is a daily practice!

We also paid for a 2nd tablet we never received yet were still charged for, and continuing to be charged monthly for. After 8-9 calls in 2 weeks customer support has done literally nothing to refund the fees charged, even after a 3 way call with the sales rep admitting he told us there was no activation or installation fee and that we had never received a 2nd tablet. After the first attempted charge that overdrafted our bank account (charging us more fees we had to pay off), they then took all of the money from the first credit card transaction we processed. ($140) This money was going to order parts for a customer who we are now in the process of making amends with. 1 week later, 3 more calls, and 2 emails to customer service and we are still no further along, and no money has been refunded. If I do not receive compensation soon I will likely sell their POS tablet, card swiper, receipt printer, and cash drawer on the secondhand market just to cover the ~$500 in extra expenses they have made us incur. COMPLETE SCAM AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Bank will not cancel transaction, and nowhere in Terms of Service contract were these prices ever mentioned. May try to take them to small claims. Would recommend staying far away from this service no matter how enticing it may seem. It has has heavily damaged our newly established business.

Stay away from this company!!! We had a 30 day trail and we canceled within the 30 days and they would not cancel it. They kept promising there was updates to make it better. "The updates never came!" They kept withdrawing $77 each month without us even making another transaction and they would not cancel it unless we paid a $250 cancellation fee. There system dose not work and they are all a bunch of Crooks! Not only that but they just illegally went into our account without our authorization and took out $200 and told me that my husband paid it which is not the truth! This is my worst experience with a company thus far as a business owner!!! Stay as far away from this company as possible they need a class action lawsuit against them!!!!! Whoever has this experience please report it so this company is put down and stopped!!!!!
