On 3-3-22 I went to greyhound.com to purchase a bus ticket. I went through all the steps to purchase and a on the final page, their website displayed to me and error message ("Sorry we were not able to process.."). No where did it indicate that I had been charged, in fact I assumed my card had declined. On 3-4-22, I went back to the website using an alternate card. The same error message appeared at the end of the transaction ("Sorry we were not able to process..").

This time, I called customer service. The agent informed me that I had been charged for 2 tickets, one from 3-3-22 and again on 3-4-22. I was shocked. I even checked my email and there was no ticket of confirmations sent to me. He advised me to appeal to customer service with a detialed message with all the confrmation numbers included. I did this and a few days later, I get a general email for Ms. Alforque saying that I cannot be refunded. UNBELIEVABLE.

Why would I purchase 2 tickets for the same day and time? Had I not called, I would not have known that I had been charged TWICE for a total of $1,073.00. I am not even asking for a total refund, only for the charge on 3-3-22 for $554.00. My experience with their "customer service" was self-rightous and condensending. The act like this when their WEBSITE IS FAULTY! DO NOT BOOK A TICKET ON THEIR WEBSITE. THEY WILL CHEAT YOU AND KEEP YOUR MONEY.

watch out they wont refund an the station always closed an buses from columbus ,oh to lexington ,ky always late an dayton always lay over an customer services suck and will not refund.

My bus never came an i had to take a left to my last stop over 100 miles.

Date: 06/25/2020 1130pm bus trip. Purchased two GREYHOUND bus tickets from Los Angeles to San Francisco. The trip seemed "without much wiggle--room for error." The overall GREYHOUND COVID19 system itself needs to improve. My wife was ordered told "to get-off bus," as her face mask type 3MP100 wasn't up-to-long-term-time mask breathing quality. The facemask was of the high quality (Construction workers dust mask 3MP100).

GREYHOUND is negligent to not hire two workers driving due to passengers mobbing. There was too many passengers on the BUS. There was no 6' feet social distancing while sitting in bus seats. The BUS itself had seats that are subpar quality (taped-off seats/closed-off with tape), minimal lighting as it was a nighttime BUS (couldn't find extra masks in backpack). "86 kick-out" two men due to potential conflicts--harassment fighting. At the first stop UNION STATION LA my wife got "the 86 kick-out" also as she needs to breath air also, not just breath air-thru-mask. Taking a BUS should not be similar to underwater SCUBA diving air tanks.

The BUS was trip was stupid, and negligent considering COVID19 era. One idea GREYHOUND could require all passengers to have better masks like 3M60924 half--mask, or full-body face masks, and also carry scuba air tanks with scuba masks. And I paid money to do that experience? I don't want to do that again. GREYHOUND should pay me money, not the other way around "I AM WONDERING AROUND LOST AND BROKE$, YOU DIDN'T NOTICE WHERE I WAS DID YOU?"
