These companies at the direction of Mike Walker, lie and cheat clients by making up spectacular discounts that are not true. They offer 50% off cruises, 70% off hotels and all-inclusive vacations. All lies. The sales reps are not allowed to hear the lies told during the presentations and then are bombarded with complaints because they had no idea what was going on.
They are told it is a full service travel agency just call and that is not true. If you call they don't answer they only take messages. One of my clients was told during the presentation they could have a 14 night river viking cruise for $3200 and it included airfare. My client was quoted $6300 for only 9 nights and no airfare included.
The discount was $700 cash back 60 to 90 days after they returned from the cruise. Once I realized what was happening I complained, was fired and all my commissions they refused to pay. They should not be in business and and the AG of each state be informed. I make myself available to all litigants and AG's who need me as a witness.
They all are owned by the same person Hank Ormond of Florida with dozens of lawsuits. This company offers free airfare and hotel stays to take a presentation and never fulfills the promises. Millenium Travel and Certs has 30 years of complaints. No one gets their airfare or hotel. There are plenty of complaints to the BBB also if you wish to confirm.
