I was a potential cusotmer of Graniti Vicentia at their Austin location. I must say that this company is running a scam. Not only did they not ship out my order, but they took my money and are refusing to return it. Their owner SRINIVASA RAO KATRAGADDA is the biggest scam artist.
I wish I would of done by research before deciding to give them my money. This is your warning. Do not do business with this company. They will rip you off. They dont deliver orders and when they do ship they deliver items that are not up to par what what they present in their showroom.
I went into the Graniti Vicentia showroom in Houston in February of this year. The showroom is located at 1075 West Sam
Houston Parkway North Suite 214 Houston Texas 77043. I work in hospitality and was looking at purchasing flooring for an upcoming project. The features and products they have in the showroom are great. They have high quality products and everyone on the sales staff was very friendly.
Once I placed my order things took a change for the worse. I was promised my delivery at the beginning of March, however when I called to check on the delivery I just got the run around. After several complaints with Kim and Debby (two staff members) I was finally put in contact with the owner of the store. He assured me everything would be okay and my delivery would arrive in the coming week (almost two months late)
To my surprise, the order actually did arrive the following week...however the products were different!! The tiles the flooring features were not the same quality! They were cheaper versions, they thought they could pass off low quality cheap products without me knowing!!
I immediately called and was told that these were the items that I picked. I have never been so disrespected and angry in my life. The company is a scam and full of scam artist. Something must be done.
I immediately filed a report with BBB and even went as far as to hire representation. The owner of the store has been sued many times according to my lawyer and is a known scam artist in Houston.
Please take my word and do not do business with this company.

I must urge you to never do business with this man. He never paid me what he owed me and runs from his debts by filing for bankruptcies.
He is truly the most corrupt person I have ever come across. He opens up several company names and then does business with all of them, when one fails he files for bankruptcy and continues to work.
He has cheated people out of millions and hides his money in India. This man must be stopped, he is a horrible person with no business ethics. I urge you to spread the word to not do business with this man or any of his companies. He will take advantage of you and cheat you of your money.
I know that he is being sued by several people currently and I wouldn’t be surprised if he was currently on the run.

They promise one thing and they never deliver, when its time for the work to be done they disappear with your money. After this happened to me, I learned that they filed Bankruptcy to rid themselves of the debt their bad business practices accumulated.
Absolutely DO NOT do business with them. They are scammers! They will take your money and not deliver on their promises.
I really wish I had done my research about this company first. I urge you to look into the works of this company; you will find they have a horrible record with the courts. They have filed for bankruptcy multiple times and simple come back with a different business name.
