I have been living here for 8 years and i have been through a horror story that is hard to believe but everything i say is true. I have 8 years of documented proof that grand mgmt svcs of coos bay or Property management) has mold poisoned me to where i've almost died several times and where the skin on my body was falling off. My neighbor's and my apartments flooded and they tried to make us stay in the apartments before it was fixed. I refused to do it and their insurance representative said they can't do that. I was moved to the apartment next door that share a common wall and grand mgmt property services coos bay or did not clean up the mold in a legal way. There is still mold in that apartment 6 years later. The last on site manager had to put her clothes, shoes, etc outside because mold was growing on them. I have been put in the hospital and er and i'm still going to doctors to try and cure the effects of the mold poisoning 6 years later.

Darla stone, who is mentally retarded and severely handicapped,and myself kept being attacked by these 3 tenants, ida brooks, ruby covarrubias, oliver lightcap and 2 other tenants One was joyce magnuson, on site manager,) where they were trying to kill us and we had to put restraining orders on them stating they were attempting to murder us, hoping this would stop their attacks and it only escalated them. Things were quiet for about 5 months, ida brooks was not spraying her chemicals into my apartment, then grand mgmt, ida brooks, ruby covarrubias, oliver lightcap and breezy fiscus on site manager, decided to attack myself again and they are trying to illegally kick me out again. One of the reasons of trying to kick me out is because i have a caregiver who i have had for 7 years. My caregiver does not live with me. I have been working with hud, boli, fhco,adult protection services, i've even contacted congressman pete defazio, senator ron wyden, jr. Senator jeff merkley trying to get these 3 tenants and grand mgmt to stop trying to kill me and get me evicted.
Since april 1, 2018 i have been attacked 15 times, including by jerry mascalo, regional mgr., with chemicals and they are ramping the attacks up to try to kill me before we go to court in august. Also, part of the trial process grand mgmt. Is supposed to let me see all my files and let me have the files i want for my trial. Richard nored, kristin nored smith and jerry mascalo refuse to do this and there is one letter that kristin nored smith wrote that states she has a recorded phone call on file with ida brooks on april 15, 2018 about her sending me to the er by poisoning me with clorox bleach, she refuses to give it to me. I reminded him that he is threatening me with physical violence and this is illegal and then he said i am going to get you and i don't lose in court. Breezy fiscus are now terrorizing the tenants here at pine village with illegal inspections coming in unannounced and are making the allready very very sick tenants even sicker putting unneeded stress, anxiety, fear and intimidation issues on them. The tenants here Most are terminal) are deathly afraid grand mgmt jerry mascalo and breezy fiscus are going to kick them out. Grand mgmt, jerry mascalo, breezy fiscus get some sadistic pleasure in hurting poor, sick, helpless people. I feel grand mgmt is not only doing it here at pine village apartment but at their other properties and they need to be inspected by hud and other authorities. They are bullying tenants who are dieing,.. Most of who have no friends or family and fear eviction.
