The company I am reviewing promotes gimmicky goods on Facebook and likely other web and social media platforms. In this instance, they had an ad for "Spooky LED masks" similar to that seen on the movie, "The Purge". I ordered two and obtained free shipping and was concerned that my October 7th order day was going to going to have the shipment arrive too late for Halloween - the only reason why I was ordering these.
Thus, I elected to use this company's expedited "Guaranteed delivery in 6-9 days" for $9.99. On October 16th I received an email notice that my package had shipped just then. That was the same day the order was supposed to arrive. It's now Nov 8th, and I have to receive this product. The company has provided a tracking number that errors out on the shipper's website when attempting to track the package.
The tracking number also ends up at a dead-link on PayPal, where I paid for this package through. I'm not saying they haven't shipped the package or provided a false tracking number and ran way with my money... but, it's not looking good. At the very least, their expedited shipping is a $9.99 scam to bump their sales? They didn't even ship the package until after the guaranteed delivery date.
Any communication directly with this company is obviously someone who doesn't speak english well. They continue to reply that they can't be responsible for how long shipping takes and to be patient. I'm sorry, if you are offering $9.99 guaranteed delivery you better be able to deliver.
My advice to anyone using this company for products for sale over the internet/social media... use someone else. These people are obviously liars who don't know what a 'guarantee' is. I just hope I get my product - so I can return it to them and hopefully get my money back.
